I got great service on ordering a replacement lens for an outdoor flood led light. I was afraid I would have to replace the entire fixture. It saved me quite a bit of money to get just the part I needed. Ordering was easy and shipping was free. What more can I ask?
Light came later than promised, but was given a $25 credit as promised by website. No issues with the light. It's beautiful.

Very knowledgable in the products and parts that need to go together. Great at making suggestions on lighting choices. The communication by email was prompt and accurate. A snow storm delayed our shipment a little but Kitchler kept us informed. The merchandise arrived in good condition, looks rich and study. Our landscape lighting is beautiful. Kichler Lighting is a WINNER!

I was looking for outdoor lighting to light up a new business sign and while I appreciate the many options, as a nonprofessional, I wasn’t totally sure what to order. A few more lines of details/explanation in layman’s terms or illustrations/photos of the end product and how the light fixture actually shines/looks would really have been helpful. Luckily, it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for!

Good selection and quality. The under-cabinet light we were replacing had been discontinued but the replacement one we received fit perfectly and was an easy DIY project for a novice like me. It was definitely a two person project.
Purchased from their sight. Days later I call and find out that the light I purchased wasn't available, though they were very quick to charge my credit card. It then took another 3 days to get those charges reversed. Not a fan.
