I was hesitant to order online but my experience has been nothing but positive. The young man who took my order was very patient and efficient. The light fixture came within within a couple of days. Iwill order again from Kichler.

We ordered 4 outdoor lights. 3 arrived fine. 1 arrived with the glass broken. I am now waiting for replacement glass.
Everything looks awesome! We purchased the 16, 9, and 5-light fixtures. And, we purchased 3 of the single light pendants. They all came in quickly and nothing was broken. We really love the new look of our entry, dining room, kitchen, and breakfast nook lighting!

Two online orders from "authorized online dealers" within two days, with build.com fulfilling the order of a "discontinued" product. 1stoplighting hasn't a clue that the other online dealers exist and claimed they could not fulfill the order as the product was "discontinued." The REAL reason is that the order was made on a faulty 1stop shopping cart that allowed a further discount for the first order and lost the company a whole $14.29 in the transaction. Rather than deal with the error, they left me holding for more than 30 minutes. Since I've discovered that 1stoplighting has a bad online reputation. 1stop lighting is not an alternative to Amazon. Kichler is silent on the issue.
The only way I could buy the bulbs I want was to buy 12 when I only need 3. That was expensive and sucked.
Ordered 12 lights and website said they were in stock. After order was placed and paid for, received an email stating the lights were on backorder until middle of July. Do not advertise that item is in stock, only to order and find out they are not.
Shipping and cost - I ordered it on Friday and it almost took a week to arrive, it was expensive also

I was interested in a light fixture that was out of stock on many other websites. I finally found the light fixture on KichlerLightingExperts and it did not say ANYWHERE on the product page or the shopping cart that the item was out of stock or on back order. On April 25th, AFTER I ordered the light and entered my credit card information, I immediately received an email stating the light fixture was on back order until June 18th! They went ahead and charged my credit card instead of waiting until the item shipped, as do most stores when you buy online. They do have an "In Stock Guarantee" in which you can receive a discount if the item is not in stock. It took 2 phone calls in order to get my discount credited to me. The only reason I didn't cancel the order and get a full refund is because I do like the light fixture and I still want it. I felt it was deceiving that they did not state on their website that the product was out of stock and was on back order.

We can't really say. The piece we ordered is not available anywhere. (Out of stock) Seems like someone would have kept a closer eye on a popular item to see that additional pieces were ordered from your supplier. Disappointing.
