Apparently a common problem, the button on my Kettler garden umbrella broke in two and the button part fell out. Helpful email correspondence confirmed that they don’t sell that part so I obtained a 3D printed part from sgd3d.co.uk A bit tricky to fit you need to separate the swivel joint by first drilling off the open end of the alloy rivet, tap out the rivet while supporting the pole, then tap out the roll pin which actually holds it all together. You can then separate the top and bottom parts, by slightly opening the umbrella. The new button may require a bit of sanding to make sure it fits the slot and moves easily, then with the joint still separated first refit the spring and the button. With the button back in place you can then slide the top and bottom sections back together and then while carefully (supporting the pole) tap in the roll pin back in. I then used a nut and bolt (cut to length) to replace the rivet, but you can leave it out (it was only to make it look smarter) I’ve no idea how long the plastic replacement will last, but it can’t be worse that the original part which seemed to be made of a cheap alloy. I hope this helps.

We are now fully indulged in what we jokingly call the ‘KETTLER KULT’ buying barbecues, covers, garden furniture and of course the care and protect products; which will keep your furniture looking sparkling new even if it’s truthfully 15 years old. My 1st kettler purchase was the firepit table with corner sofas, I have to say spending that amount of money I needed them to not only look good but be comfortable. We wasn't disappointed they are all of that and more. We then bought the same set set along with sofa and chair set for my inlaws. We had a slight problem with one of the covers this was immediately replaced. My latest kettler purchase was two sun loungers I absolutely love the range and will only buy kettler from now one. It's true what they say you get what you pay for the quality is exceptional

Purchased the Kettler Palmer Grande Garden set with fire pit table. Extremely high quality, looks beautiful and durable! Chairs are very comfortable. Easy to set up and clean down. So happy with my purchase! Would highly recommend if you want to invest in some good solid funiture!

I recently had a Kettler garden chair replaced, under their second year warranty. Staff really helpful, the chair arrived today. Can’t speak too highly of aftersales service. Well done Kettler!

We bought the Kettler Palma Round set about a year ago. Excellent service, efficient delivery service that kept us briefed on progress, and an exceptionally good quality, comfortable product was delivered that has served us well. We're particularly pleased with the protective cover set which fits easily in seconds and avoids the need to store the cushions elsewhere.

This is THE best purchase we made for our garden. We bought a swing seat and I can’t tell you how much we’ve enjoyed it over the summer. It still looks brand new (not like our more ‘affordable’ Kettler-esque modular seating. Needless to say, we are saving for a new one!) We know it’s Kettler all the way now! Hope we win the heater, their products are awesome!

Lovely quality garden furniture. Weather resistant and can be left outside all seasons. Helpful efficient staff in customer service. We had a minor problem and the situation was resolved without question.

I absolutely love my Kettler corner garden furniture. The cushions are really comfy & the table big enough to fit everyone comfortably. Although it’s made with weatherproof wicker I did buy protective covers which ensure the furniture is as good as new each time I want to use it. Compared to other protective covers these are Premier league & well worth investing in. I also bought a parasol & cover which is perfect protection from the sun (when we get some!)

We bought a corner sofa with table and stools during the pandemic. We tried just about every brand available and there was no doubt that Kettler came out tops. All our visitors have commented on how comfy it is and we have spent many hours outside. We also bought a cover which works perfectly and keeps everything dry when not in use even in really bad weather. We invested in the curved parasol which is brilliant. Looks good and is very easy to operate. Also have a kettle BBQ which is great quality. This company definately make products that last and stand wear and tear. Brilliant 😊👍

Outstanding service - first they have a phone number and a real person on the end who knows what his talking about actually answers! I had a problem with my cross trainer and assumed I needed a new computer /control screen which I ordered in minutes on the phone and arrived soon after. Unfortunately whilst perfect it did not solve my particular problem so after a second call I was sent a replacement free of charge. That didn't solve it either so after a third call it was suggested that maybe I had misdiagnosed the problem and that it could be the transformer. I was promptly sent a new one free of charge which solved my problem. Cannot speak too highly of the people I spoke to. Very impressive.

When I purchased my Kettler furniture from up north from a garden centre online I couldn’t believe it actually came from about four miles away from where I live. The Kettler staff were so helpful with delivery arrangements and when I purchased additional covers and needed help sizing up storage they were so knowledgable. The furniture is very well made and super comfy. My parasol is so easy to operate. Highly recommend this manufacturer.

I can’t recommend this brand enough. The quality and price is great, coupled with a wide range of accessories to add on. I intend to purchase more pieces from the Palma range soon.

we bought our garden furniture from kettler. started with the basics and added on two sun loungers because we were so impressed with the quality and without any contradiction everyone passes comments on the comfort and quality we see it as a long term investment and the suite is as good as new. to protect the suite from the weather we have also bought some kettler covers designed for each piece of furniture i would strongly recommend buying the covers as the will prolong the life of your purchase are we happy with kettler furniture YES we are so if you are thinking about new garden furniture… THINK KETTLER you won’t be disappointed
