Excellent customer service at every stage. Coffee table arrived with shattered glass. I sent photos as requested within an hour we had a warranty claim sorted and agree to replace . ALways friendly and helpful every time I phoned , no matter who I spoke to.

Although we love our sofa from kettler we don’t not think buying the protective covers are worth the price at all. After just 18 months our sofa cover began falling apart. When I complained to Kettler they have kindly sent us a replacement cover. Fingers firmly crossed this one lasts longer!

Amazing after sales they are sending me another cover free, I am thankful I use this company and why not their products are beautiful and even received excellent service when a cover goes wrong. I was advised in future to always clean the cover if there is any algae on it, maybe this is where i have gone wrong, as i just left the swing covered . Bought the Kettler double cocoon protective swing cover Summer 2020 for the new swing. comes with a 12 month guarantee. Did not realise by January 2022 less than 2 years it is brittle and literally falling apart. Have to buy another one, but wondering if every 2 years you have to spend £79.99 to replace mine -maybe a one off will see. not happy

Very good quality garden furniture. I have used kettler for years as I have passed on tables/chairs to my children then bought new ones. 3 households all using kettler products very happily. When moving house recently I noticed one of the chairs had some rust on the back, but, as we were just days out of warranty I emailed kettler and was overjoyed when they said they would replace the chair. This was done very efficiently with the damaged chair being collected when the new one was delivered. 1st class service. Well done to all involved.

Having purchased 4 Bistrot Sets from Kettler which I’m extremely pleased with I asked if I could have some screw cap covers as a few had split . I received a prompt reply - Great Service Kettler , Thank you !

I have never had to write a review. However, on this occasion I will and I will continue to write them. DO NOT PURCHASE TYE KETTLER BENCH AND TABLES. I have had mine for less than 5 months in which it has warped considerably on the table edges and signs of mould on the underside of the table only. When you email Kettler you get a response which is insulting to say the least and they try to blame you for storing outdoor furniture outside! I will post all of the emails and replies onto this review page very soon. The outdoor furniture is the Elba table and bench range. It cost £1700 and lasted 4/5 months outdoors. Kettler refuse any liability even when ALL of their guidelines were followed. I would not purchase any items from this company!

Our Kettler companion set started developing rust spots within the guarantee period which we obviously would not have expected. I raised the issue with the customer service team and provided photographs of the problem. Kettler’s response was speedy with our claim accepted. Replacement items, which were initially out of stock were sent to us well packed within a couple of weeks. Very pleased with quality of a 6 seater garden dining set with parasol and cushions. Because of covid delivery problems was some delay but once delivered with the product was delighted. Well packaged and easy to assemble.

In late August we bought a Kettler Palma garden set including a parasol with built in LED lights and Bluetooth speaker. Once we'd put it all together, we noticed that one of the LED lights in the parasol canopy only flickered intermittently and soon went out altogether. I wrote to Kettler and without any delay, they responded saying they'd order a replacement LED light strip which arrived a few days later and I swapped the faulty strip over in a matter of minutes. Excellent service and hey presto, we have a perfect parasol! We just need to wait for the sun to come back now!!

We have just taken delivery of 6 Palma garden armchairs. Bought unseen as we were unable to find a stockist who had them available. Bought from John Lewis. Very fast delivery from Kettler and delivery drivers kindly transported them to the back of the house for us. We love them and will be getting the garden storage box to keep the cushions in next summer.

We bought Beautiful kettler suite for our Veranda. So comfortable, quality which will outlive us. Friends have also bought the same after seeing it. Quickly delivered. Fabulous

We started off with a Kettler Palma Grande corner set and loved it so much we treated ourselves to a pair of recliners and a swing seat! The only regret we have is not buying it earlier instead of wasting money on inferior products! ‘Pay cheap pay twice’ springs to mind!!

We purchased a lovely Palma dining set with fire pit table. We are truly delighted with the product! It’s such fantastic quality and visitors always comment on how stylish it is! The fire put table is such a beautiful feature and it really throws out some heat on colder evenings. Would highly recommend!

All of our lovely garden furniture is Kettler and we are delighted with the superior quality and durability of everything. The dining set is very spacious and comfortable and the tabletop heater has meant that we have been able to sit out late into the evening. The cantilevered wall mounted parasol is so easy to use and folds away neatly. We are also really pleased with the bistro set on the gin patio. A problem with the dining table was resolved very quickly and the staff were lovely.

We have really enjoyed our Cocoon double swing seat. Great for lazy afternoons in the sun. Will be sad to have to put the cover on for Winter. Really happy with the purchase
