We've had our Kettler Cassis 4 seater table and chairs for a week now. Very pleased; everything fitted together as it should and nothing was damaged. Looks very stylish; is light to move around and seems well-made. We've got ours in our conservatory and having no parasol hole in the table suits us. Chairs are not the most comfortable I've sat in but are OK. Matt grey finish on the table glass looks good and seems hard wearing so far. All in all very pleased and would recommend.

I have just purchased a patio table and four chairs in the Siena range of Kettler products. I am delighted with the excellent quality of this product. I was fortunate to benefit from a special one day only discount on offer the day I bought online, so the price I paid represents excellent value for money, though I should point out that I did not buy direct from Kettler but from an independent supplier.

Just took delivery of a palma compact corner set all seems fine but for the life of me I can't work out how to arrange all the cushions in the storage box. No matter how I try they all won't fit and the lid doesn't close down flush. Are all the cushions supposed to fit in the box? If so how should they be arranged.

I purchased 2 Elba corner sofas last year with Kettler’s own covers. They look stunning, but unfortunately the cushions are really not suited to the UK climate as they absorb water in even a light shower and if they get caught in a downpour the cushions foam. They take a very long time to dry out and when they do there are white scummy marks which don’t clean off. In addition the waterproof covers aren’t fully waterproof! I have taken this up with Kettler and their response was to bring the cushions indoors when not in use, not really practicable for 2 large sofa sets and which defeats the object of having outdoor furniture. In response to the issue with the cushions, they said they would send replacement covers, which doesn’t really answer the underlying issue. However I have been waiting 10 months for these and they are now saying that they won’t have them until at least March 2023, despite still offering the sofas for sale. Their service was initially responsive, but now is non-existent. Really disappointed.

We have had a couple of issues with our lovely garden furniture and I have to say that Kettler's aftersales customer service is out of this world. The team are super helpful and very nice to speak to. It was so easy to replace things - they organised delivery and pick up to be at the same time and I was kept informed every step of the way. They are definitely my number one brand of garden furniture.

We ordered an RHS Chelsea companion bench from a supplier of Kettler furniture made of Eucalyptus wood, but it arrived damaged so we sent it back. The replacement they sent was a different bench called The Wisley in a colour nothing like the one we ordered and which we saw advertised. The company who supplied it said that I had ordered a Wisley not a Chelsea, so I then asked that if this was true why did they send me a Chelsea? They did their best to help us locate another Chelsea in the advertised colour but then discovered that Kettler no longer have any in that colour in stock. On searching for a Wisley on the website of the supplier, there is no such product listed so Im puzzled. I can now see the new version of the Chelsea appearing on the web and it is shown in the new non natural looking colour which is distinctly an orangy brown. I reckon they stopped making them out of Eucalyptus and now use Teak and stain it and its horrid looking. So Im now getting a refund.

Having dealt with this company on a previous occasion and received 100% customer service and aftercare service came back as I felt this was a company I could trust. Although they could not supply me with what I wanted they recommended a company and assured me if there was any problems I could go back to them.

Despite using coasters on our poly plastic table, 3 deep scorch marks appeared adjacent to the glasses on the table. These appeared within minutes in the late afternoon. We have been meticulous in using coasters due to the warnings of problems with sun on glasses. The table is clearly not fit for purpose if you cannot place a glass on it safely. What a disappointing response from Kettler. Why would I buy replacement slats when they will be damaged as soon as the sun comes out? I will be taking this up with Trading Standards - a garden table which cannot be used when the sun is out is not fit for purpose.

Purchased a Kettler 3.0m Round Free Arm Parasol to go with our Palma Corner Sofa and really please with all the products. They seem to be very well made and you can tell it is a better quality than most garden furniture. Very Satisfied customer.

The canopy strap on my Kettler panalsol broke within weeks of us buying it. Kettler came back with "We do not have the canopy straps available until next season" (i.e. next year, it being August now) despite it being under warranty. No apology, no signature to the email. Kettler have failed us - very disappointed

I purchased a corner sofa cover online from Kettler GB over a year ago. Having struggled many times to stop the cover from blowing off in the wind I realised there was a fault in one of the corner ties which prevented me from tightening it. I wrote to Kettler even though it was out of the 1 year warrantee, in the hope that they could fix it. Instead they sent me a brand new sofa cover! Brilliant service.

Bought a kettler palmer corner set online from a garden centre, cost just over £2000. It looks the part, however when the sun is on it the cushions become too hot to sit on. I mean burning hot! I really expected more for the price we paid. Update/Disappointed with response! Yes we already do have a large awning over the furniture, to try and help, they still get very hot! I do think this is a design fault, I know dark colours absorb more heat but when committing to this purchase I did not consider that the cushions for an outdoor set that costs £2000! would become too hot to sit on when the sun it out!!! Who would?

bought some of their garden furtniture through one of their resellers. When I put the table together the table top & glass didn't marry up very well. Kettler faffed me about for over a week over this, I had to take time off work for the initial delivery (my choice I suppose) but also for them to sort the problem out. I asked them to make sure the table top & table frame they were sending me all matched up perfectly but they rang to say they won't be sending me any glass because they couldn't get it back in the box! Funny I said, I did say I'd have a problem with that but they weren't at all bothered about the problem. anyway, all sorted out after an exchange of around 60 emails & their courier conriming two different time slots for the same delivery & nobody could be bothered to help with that. the retailer has given me a small refund but Kettler have refused point blank to help me out by means of a gesture of goodwill. A word of warning though - when you google a company and the first thing that comes up is a warranty claims form, I'd say that says a lot about the company.

Absolutely love our palma Corner set. Had a slight issue with a couple of bits of rattan on the table unraveling early on. Offered a replacement and sorted within the week. Friendly and prompt customer service made the process very easy, thank you!

Wow, I can’t believe how good my Kettler cross trainer is. With increased difficulty over a period of 3 weeks, I’ve lost over 1.5st with relative ease and this with just half an hour’s use a day. As the scale of difficulty goes from 25 to 400 it’s easy to start off on a higher setting but don’t do this as it will put you off. Start off nice and easy, even as low as 25, and make sure you complete your chosen, set time. If you don’t complete this, don’t beat yourself up. You’re in for the long haul so don’t expect miracles straight away. Additionally, be sure to check your heartbeat periodically and keep it within your comfortable levels. All this information and much more can be read on the huge digital display along with revolutions, power, distance, and time. Obviously, one size doesn’t fit all so some trailing will be necessary. One last point, these machines are large. Whilst it won’t take up as much as a treadmill, it’s not a lot smaller. Also make sure you have headroom, especially if you are tall. Buy with confidence, mine’s a keeper.

Recently purchased the palma rattan weave corner sofa set, sun lounger and dining table with lazy susan and 6 chairs. Paid over £3000 for the lot and worth every penny.....amazing style and quality, we love it, garden feels complete now 😀

I purchased the Kettler Palma Grande Fire Pit Table from a third party retailer in November 2021. After assembling the table, not a simple solo task, I began using it in May 2022. After only a handful of uses the grey metal table top has become scratched, the scratches are white. It looks awful. I have used the actual fire pit twice, as it’s such a palaver putting the glass box in place when you need to use it. Plus the glass box is not very secure, and I worry it will fall apart. However that is an aside. My issue is the poor quality of the table. I have complained and was advised that the table is soft metal, aluminium, and that I should use a coaster. I am so disappointed with this furniture. This was an extravagant purchase for me, far more than I would ever be able to afford, but bought with some inherited money. The table is not fit for purpose. It’s solid enough,but the metal top is of poor quality. I have raised my complaint, and sadly met a dead end. **UPDATE** See response from KETTLER UK below. No responsibility taken for the poor quality table top That is not fit for purpose. I can not afford to replace the table so I guess I am stuck with it!
