Attended today with my friend. I've seen some negative reviews, but went to see for myself. I would highly recommend visiting if in the Midlands, rather than order on line! There are vast amounts of appliances in store, they even showed us the warehouse! Go look yourselves, it's worth the ride! Ample parking x then pop into Aldi next door!

I was looking for a particular model of vacuum cleaner (Hoover Breeze) and found 1 left in stock on the Kettle & Toaster Man website. At first I hesitated to order because this firm had some mixed reviews, but I gave them a chance & now I'm delighted I did - the hoover was delivered very quickly, its exactly as described, works 100% fine, and the price is great! I will definitely order from this company again. Note that as the firm made clear to me, the hoover is a "graded" item - the cardboard box was a bit marked & had been opened & taped back together again. But the hoover itself is pristine, unmarked and works fine. Before ordering I had to phone their customer services, and although the young man who answered sounded a bit bored, he was perfectly polite and helpful.

Rubbish customer service, received used damaged products , they delay in providing me return address so the timeshare of return is passed now they are not helping me yo return damage item, and keep asking me to return the item I never received what a frustrating service

Great kettle at a fraction of the cost in other shops. Purchased Friday, delivered Monday. Came in an odd box but it looks fine and unmarked so I'm happy.

Ordered window vac for £15 no price of shipping until payment card details taken then came up shipping is £25 in all price £40. Straight away I tried calling the company left message to cancel said order also sent emails still waiting to hear that my order is cancelled.

Ordered item to be told 5 days later its out if stock that's fair enough but the item is still on web site saying its available now ive got to wait 5 working days for refund wont be using this company anymore

My toaster arrived and it was a completely different colour to that which was shown on the website and on the outside of the box. It was a muddy yellow colour and not cream as I was led to believe. I contacted the Customer Service Department via email to be told that I could send the item back and I MAY be refunded. I was also told that I had to pay for the return. I was not happy with this so I asked if there was any other solution. There was no other solution according to the Customer Service Representative. I had already paid for delivery of £5.99 and adding on the return value it really was not worth returning the item as I would only get a minimal amount back. I am therefore stuck with a toaster that is an awful colour and does not match any of my other items in my kitchen. The Customer Service is beyond terrible and I will never use this company again and warn others not to order anything as they may receive something which is not true to the item advertised as shown and pictured and then to be told they MAY get a refund and have to pay for the return. This is totally unacceptable as if an item is not as advertised then a full refund should definitely be given as well as payment for the return of the item.

I am a bit taken aback, seeing the amount of bad reviews.. For some reason, I didn't check before purchasing - which is what I normally do, for any new company I buy from. I needed an inexpensive vacuum cleaner.. so purchased one from here. Placed order late Fri evening, it was dispatched following Monday, and arrived Wednesday noon. The box was a bit beaten up, but the product was brand new. No complaints here..

Ordered a Beldray handheld hoover and a lint remover. Arrived in the agreed time and in working order. Could improve on the packaging but overall a very good service.

Stay clear!! I ordered a Swan bread bin which arrived in a Swan box that was sellotaped closed so not an original box for the bread bin which had no logo on it. When I complained I was told they could get me a sticker logo or refund me a fiver. When I asked why it didn’t have the logo on I was told they get sent Swan products that Swan can’t sell..so seconds in other words. If this is a Swan bread bin at all it’s a second and that was not what was in the description.. I’ve yet to see if I get a £5 refund but I won’t hold my breathe..

Saw a great deal on a microwave, around 50% less than the next cheapest retailer. Having read the reviews on here I thought it was possibly too good to be true but given it was only £50 I took the gamble and I was pleasantly surprised. It was dispatched next day and arrived in great condition. One star deducted as it was a different brand to advertised (appears Daewoo and Tower sell the same microwave under their respective brands) although to be honest was pleased it was the Tower version of it. The warrenty info on the microwave and instruction booklet were crossed out, so assuming an end of line product without manufacturer warranty but overall for 50 quid a great buy.

Similar to another review, I purchased the Tower air fryer oven. We did not actually use the oven until 4 months after the purchase and then 3 months later it stopped working. Tower said we had to go back to the retailer, Kettle & Toaster Man. They said it only has 6 months warranty so, basically, tough, your loss, £85 down the drain. They sell products which have been returned for a reason and sell them on to the unsuspecting buyer hoping it does not fail again inside 6 months.

I purchased a Tower Air Fryer which was about 20% less than elsewhere. I understood that this was a graded product, but thought i would give it a go. I called and they answered which was good. I ordered and it came the next day even though i paid for standard delivery. You could tell the item had been opened previously as it wasn't all in the correct place, packing tape had been removed. The instructions were missing, as was one silicone mitt, however these were not deal breakers as i downloaded the instructions. Plugged it in for the recommended trial 15min. Seemed to be ok but there was no heat, tried different settings and no luck. This was a faulty item, so these items don't seem to be checked for contents or tested which is a shame. Called them and arranged for a return and refund. I dropped it off at the post office the same day, and it arrived back with them the next morning. I chased the refund the next day and this was processed. I think this is just hit and miss, you may get a good 'second' product, but don't expect it to be 'as new' or tested/checked. Bit of a gamble which didn't pay off for me. But they answered the phone and dealt with the problem in reasonable time so that was positive. I think this is a fair review of my experience.

For me personally, I would say don't get put off by the poor reviews. The item I needed was so much cheaper than retail price.. I mean a quarter of the price, that it seemed worth a punt.. Glad I went for it. Works perfectly. No damage. And delivered quickly.

I wish I had read all the poor reviews before I ordered an Air Fryer from this company. I have not received the Air Fryer nor a refund. I have emailed them 3 times and each time they come up with a different excuse. I am wondering what it takes to make them pay up. The small claims court perhaps?

Ordered a Tower T17086 Air fryer, a little sceptical after reading reviews but arrived within 2 days, no damage and in original box. Just a small cleaning brush missing. Works perfectly and I saved £40 !!! Would look to buy again, thank you

We bought a vacuum through the Swan brand. It went faulty just after the 30 day refund policy. We were advised it was to be sent off to be looked at by a company they work with. The Kettle and Toaster Man Group. The vacuum was sent off and then sent back to us. If we wished for it to be looked at again we had to pay the carrier fee in order to do this. We paid the fee and it was sent back. After 2 weeks of it being with them, I was chasing asking where our vacuum was. I received a tracking number for vacuum but had no correspondence from the company about the outcome of our fault. After ringing and trying to get an answer. They told me they replaced the battery. On receiving the vacuum for the second time, we noticed a sticker on the vacuum but it was covering the charging hole of the vacuum. The sticker stated if it was removed the warranty on the vacuum would be void. This is completely ridiculous as if we wish to charge it and use it we have no choice but to remove the sticker. The correspondence from this company is absolutely appalling and I would advise you stay clear of them!!

Would be a no star if I could. Had applied which went faulty within 30 day, offered replacement or refund. Stupidly opted a replacement which has not gone faulty within another month but the warranty goes from original purchase date so bow they will not give me a refund and want me to pay to return the item for them to send another out which will probably fail within another month!!!! I explained second applience gone faulty but they didn't care, I explained on a low income and can not afford to pay the cost of sending back but that's my problem apparently. No customer care and robots on the phone system.
