I ordered 2 hoovers for my sons. 1 was brand new, the other obviously used, filters were dirty and handle was broken and unusable. Because items arrived on a Saturday where customer service was conveniently closed I will phone on Monday to request a refund. I dont normally write a review before Ive contacted the company. However I fail to see how any company would knowingly send out an obviously defective item. I will give an update dependant on the reply and will also report to my credit card if this issue is not resolved. No-one has money to waste.

Shopping was so easy , the price was much cheaper than the other websites! My first time purchase from this website and I can tell I am so happy , every thing was smooth amd easy and received my order in 2 days! Update on 30/08/24: BUT the hoover was faulty and was not suctioning the dirt , I called them and explained they said it’s ok return it and we refund you ! I had emails from Maggie also, I sent back on 8th of August , keep emailing them as Evri said they received the return, but this company keep saying we haven’t received it, I feel like this company don’t want to pay my money back which is quite frustrating! Update on 27/09: Maggie emailed me that they will refund the amount on 12/09, and I’ve received it now.

Buyer beware! Purchased a retro fridge for £300. Dead on arrival. After paying a courier £75 to deliver I had to do the same again to send back and they have refused a refund stating damaged in transit. I have lost £450! They hide behind the fact that you need to arrange your own courier from what I have seen on prior reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I am hoping the photos and video evidence we have will suffice and will be in touch with Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

Wrong part was sent accidentally, before I had the chance to message I was sent an email explaining what had happened and within 24hrs the correct part was sent, fantastic customer service.

I placed my order and only after my making contact 4 days later the next day I just got a refund saying my order couldn’t be completed. I shouldn’t have been able to place the order in the first place. Very disappointed

BE AWARE!! I rarely leave reviews but I want to make sure potential customers are aware that: 1. These products are refurbished and repaired. Having been directed to the site via a google search for a specific item, I hadn’t noticed and failed to check the important information section where it describes what a graded product is. So if you don’t know what that means or hadn’t noticed then you might be confused why your box arrives looking and sounding like it has been kicked down the street by the delivery driver. 2. You will be charged a restocking fee of 15% if you change your mind ( despite the item being unused and returned within the 30 day window). The 2 star review is based on my personal feeling that both of these points are not made super clear at point of sale which makes buying from this company a bit risky. However the latter point is the one that really left me feeling rather peeved. Yes it’s true you can find this information in their returns policy and Ts & Cs but if this company wanted to avoid any confusion or not mislead their customers then it really could be made much clearer rather than needing to read the entire websites legal paraphernalia before buying an item.

Ordered a mini cooker wired a week still no order phoned company to be told they didn’t have it in stock waited all weekend still no mention of a refund they have had my money for 8 days not impressed would not use this company again would definitely not recommend
