Do not buy from these people! I bought an expensive new Panasonic microwave from them but it was damaged, did not work and was second hand! Then they expected me to pay for the return postage which was £14.90! Good job I paid with PayPal or I would never have got my money back! Total Rip Off !!! MINOR COSMETIC DAMAGE !!! THE MICROWAVE WAS UNUSEABLE !!!!!!
Awful customer service. No one responds to you. Extortionate delivery and if you try to return not only do they expect you to pay but you also don’t get a full refund. Don’t bother with these people. Use a reputable business instead. I’ve sold my item on eBay rather than trying to deal with these people. Use Amazon or eBay!

I ordered some sauce pan sets on Sunday . Paid £9.99 for next day delivery . We are Wednesday and not saucepans ? Good service or what ?
Easy to order ,delivery within the time stated but box badly damaged and product cracked ,a little glue as I couldn't be bothered with hassle of returning, would order again but wouldn't accept a damaged box in future

I received my toaster today and I love it but sadly I'm not happy with the company I placed my order Sunday 18 Feb before 2 o clock I paid £9,99 for next day delivery and I have just received it I said to post man I paid for next day delivery and he pointed out it was 48hrs so I feel like I have been charged for nothing or maybe I have put £9.99 in there pockets I sent email to them and guess what no reply
