I ordered the Russell Hobbs RHO1840 4 Piece Stackable Pan Set, and it arrived in terrible condition—dented cookware and a shattered glass lid. I reported the issue immediately on November 30th, sent photos, and returned the damaged set as instructed. It’s now been almost two weeks, and I still haven’t received a replacement or a refund. My emails went unanswered, so I called customer service. They admitted they hadn’t even looked into my case yet and only started processing it when I escalated. Even then, no updates were provided, and I had to keep following up. Their dismissive attitude only changed when they realized I was complaining. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Poor communication, slow resolution, and unhelpful customer service have made this the worst purchase experience I’ve ever had.

On October 19th 2024, I ordered an oil filled radiator, paid £15 for heater, over £6 for delivery, but, when it arrived the power lead was so short it was unusable so, I sent it back. I paid over £6 via EVRI to send it.. it took a month of asking for my refund before I received my refund, and what was this princely sum ? just over £12 !! I was diddled. NEVER again will I trust this company. Excuse after excuse I got from Kettle/toaster man just so he can make money out of me. You are a ROGUE ! and a THIEF ! and I am happy to NOT recommend you to anyone daft enough to buy from you. Happy Christmas !

I was looking to buy an ice cream maker as a gift. I chose the model from a review site and found the best deal was Kettle& Toaster Man and placed an order. On the product page there was nothing to indicate the product wasn't new. When it arrived I found that it was in a damaged/tatty box and was not "brand new" and without full guarantee as I wanted for a gift. I immediately contacted the company -they said if you clicked the tab on the website it explained the product wasn't new and they refused to pay for return postage. I returned the item but the company only refunded me the product cost -I ended up £9.94 out of pocket and calls to Alex in Customer services, Maggie office manager, and James Bennett the owner were stonewalled with "that's our policy" If you look 34% of reviews give them only 1 star -I would avoid dealing with them -it isn't worth the hassle!

I bought an electric fire in March and yesterday it blew all the electric when it exploded. I've been in touch with them only to be told nothing can be done. I shall never buy from them again and will never recommend them. I'm disgusted with their service.

The product I wanted was no longer in stock offered an alternative but not suitable. Disappointing to be honest. However in fairness they contacted me straight away and processed my refund so no harm done. I would use again although maybe next time ring first

I have not received the item i ordered and have been charged for. I have tried to contact the company several times but have not yet received any response. I have paid for a product I have not received and need urgent resolution to this issue

"Kettle and Toaster Man Ltd. is a bad company. They send used products and then, when you try to return them, they claim the product was never delivered to their address. However, the address on the return label is written by the company itself. They take the product back but don't issue a refund. I advise all my friends to stay away from this scam company."

Wish I had read these reviews first, ordered a soup machine on 9th Oct, hasn't arrived. They say they have sent another, but again no delivery information to say anything has been sent. Currently in talks with Pay Pal regarding this sale. Also been receiving a lot of emails from Pay Pal .uk which PayPal inform me that's not their web address, however the sender knows about this purchase.

Bought two oil filled radiators. Waited for the delivery. No delivery…. The delivery is meant to be tracked so I asked where was my delivery. Apparently “the courier may have collected the package without scanning the label” making tracking impossible. One week later, still no oil filled radiators and even less communication from The Kettle and Toaster Man….. For the sake of a few pounds, play safe and buy elsewhere. I wish I had……..
