Before purchasing this slow cooker I e-mailed Kettle to ask questions about this product I received a prompt e-mail back. I went ahead and ordered the product duly arrived earlier than expected. It looks great, red, to match other items in my kitchen. Haven't tried it out yet.
Efficient delivery and good product
The entire process from placing the order to receiving the delivery was absolutely smooth & hassle-free. Got regular updates about the order. Delivered earlier than the eta. And, the item I purchased was the cheapest as compared to other retailers.
Very Good products
Was very disappointed with the state the box was in. This was ordered as a gift so I felt I had to take it out it of the box to wrap it. As for the product, it looks in good order but hasn’t been tried yet as the birthday it was bought for is tomorrow. This is partly my fault as I didn’t realise or hadn’t read the explanation of “graded products”.

Goods a fair price for second grade. Delivered faulty, contacted them by email and was suprised to receive a fully serviceable replacemnt 2-days later.
Ordered two items in December and I do not believe I was told anywhere during the process that I was purchasing "graded" (a product that has been returned to the original manufacturer as faulty). There was an issue with the website, and I got no confirmation of order until I contacted them and made enquires. The items arrived in boxes that were in such a state, I was concerned that the ordered items were damaged and have never opened them. When I reported this to KTM and attached photos, the response I received was: "Good Afternoon, The box damager is due to these being graded items". I have emailed several times and requested a return but have received no reply. Luckily, I paid using PayPal and will set up a dispute with them.
What I have subsequently found out is the Electric Oil filled heater leaks oil. I have contacted Trading Standards. I spent £47. Even the instruction booklet was soaked in oil. Shameful Company. Because I only unpacked it after 30 days they now write to me saying I have to stand the cost of posting the mobile radiator back and probably pay for it's return. I think I'll County Court them instead. The cost will be the same. What annoys me is the radiator was obviously refurbished BUT IT WAS NOT! Monday will see me issue C/C proceedings.
Bought a Babyliss hair wand as a Christmas gift. The wand cost £15.99, which is a good price, the delivery at £5.99 was a bit pricey. The website states that some items are re-furbished etc but if it says New in the title it is NOT refurbished and does not have a damaged box. My item had New in the title. The hair wand was delivered in its own box and some plastic wrapped around it. No packaging to make sure it arrived safe. The box is completely bashed in and does not look good enough to give as a present as it looks like it’s been kicked around the delivery van. I rang the company to see what they could do and they said they will send me a replacement but only if I send back the original at my own cost. This is rubbish customer service. At £5.99 for delivery I expect at least a bit of bubble wrap! The person on the phone said this is all I can offer, this is what I’ve been told to say, so I asked if I could speak to the other person. I heard him say, she wants to speak to you, and then he came back to the phone and said they’ve gone out. Which “they” was clearly stood next to him! My query is small amounts of money compared to some people, but just awful customer service still. It’s a false economy to buy from them. 07.12.2023 UPDATE After logging this review I received an email from the company apologising for the issue with my item and telling me they had sent me a refund. The refund has been received. The refund is appreciated but cost them more than a return label would have done and would have saved a heap of dissatisfaction. What a shame this is the company’s way of working.
The company sells defective products without disclosing the defect / issue in the product description or anywhere on the package. The goods sold are likely returned / used goods. Customer service is unhelpful with a return offered via drop-off.

I ordered itams vacuum and pots and pans was expecting delivery in 2 3 day They decided to deliver my vacuum without telling me my pots and pans were comeing next thing I get a refund I asked them why did you refund me they said o it’s out of stock after waiting for the delivery nice of them to leave me know last minute it’s out of stock when I was expecting them poor service
