Terrible company who have been nothing but hassle from day one. Fridge never worked when it arrived, ended up paying a local engineer to come who told me it should never have been sold like this and best place for it was the scrap heap. Sent it back and after 2 emails and 3 phone calls asking when I would receive a refund they told me the courier had damaged it in transit! Load of rubbish basically they tested it when it arrived back realised it was going to cost a lot to put right and are trying to save themselves money by keeping mine!! Horrible horrible company! Please do not buy from them. Yes they say graded but they still should work and they should still offer good customer service! How can they still be trading when u read so many bad reviews! To them it might not be a lot of money but to us it is! Shame on u!
Microwave turned up not working. Explained to customer services that I can’t return it now due to having given birth recently, being alone with baby and in recovery. Quite a large thing to return. Happy to supply photos and videos of faulty microwave. Team not happy to help me I need the microwave asap to sterilise bottles etc. So so so upset that they couldn’t show a little human kindness. Stuck in a difficult position now. Feel like this company have stolen my money and given me a piece of rubbish for it. 100% go to Argos, John Lewis, Amazon - anywhere else because this company sends out broken products and doesn’t take responsibility for it. So disappointed and upset.
Purchased an air conditioning unit from the shop in thorns road DY5 2LD for our offices saved over £200 from the price in a normal shop even though these are graded products all i could find was a small scratch on the outside works perfect and they gave me a 6 month warranty as well .Staff were friendly and polite and they even helped me put this in the car.
Placed order then was expecting delivery only then be told have pay extra when try contacting company most unhelpful refused to refund me raised case with pay pal Stay away from this company rip you off cowboys worst company ever
Terrible terrible company. Bought microwave didn't work properly. Had to send returning back at post office. Communication terrible could go on. Avoid Company please.
Purchased a refurbished Beldray BEL0908 floor cleaner, battery failed after only a few weeks. Called and spoke to a lovely lady who offered me a full refund or a replacement. Great service and recommend, purchased Feb 21
Absolute cowboys .rude, rip off website do not waste your time . I bought a microwave £70.99 didn't work from day one, they're expecting me to send the microwave back at my expense .cheeky robbing t w ats I'm fuming . I'll bad mouth this company all over the Internet. Sending faulty products . Why should I send a heavy microwave back at my expense
Bought a spiralizer for a fraction of the price....came 2 days later, everthing was well boxed and covered and clean excellent.
So... I bought a fancy juicer which is usually £300, they had them for £100. What not to like? The juicer was great and new, all was good, until there was a minor issue with the springs (which are like a centimetre long and part of a plastic container which comes out for cleaning). I asked to just sent this part back, they insisted they'd only look at it if I sent the whole juicer back - at my cost - bearing in mind that it is heavy, I no longer have the original box, it has multiple delicate parts and any damage in transit would be my responsibility. So basically, they made it so difficult, expensive and awkward I didn't bother but instead called the (thankfully Swiss) manufacturer who told me what to do to sort the problem - 5 minutes, issue solved. Fast forward another couple of months and a piece broke off the lid (despite being super careful) which made it impossible to lock and therefore impossible to use the juicer. Another attempt to receive some customer care from Kettle and Toaster Man who informed me that the plastic lid, a solid, integrated and essential part of the juicer, is a "consumable product so not covered under warranty"!!! I tried to explain the definition of a consumable product, appealed to Paypal (they however don't deal with after sales support) and even considered a small claims court. Buying the lid separately was over £70!! Anyway... thankfully the manufacturer was so disgusted by this they ended up posting me a new lid free of charge. But they shouldn't have had to and most companies wouldn't because it's a refurbished product and they aren't liable. Kettle and Toaster man basically ignored me and their conduct is shameful. If you like the product buy it, but do NOT expect customer support if anything goes wrong.
So purchased a record player for my daughter christmas day open it up all excited and find a tatty looking thing with the wrong power lead.. so can't turn it on so as you can imagine kinda put a dampner on it, hope they can sort it don't have money to waste

Terrible company, I Ordered a product from their website and when it arrived it looked like they had gone to the local charity shop put some sticky tape around it and posted it off. The images they display on their website are not of the products you will receive so false advertising. The prices are just as expensive as anywhere else for inferior, damaged items. They have zero customer service skills and are frankly quite rude rather than helpful. Just avoid and spend your money elsewhere with a decent company.
Sent for NEW teasmaid which arrived only to be Dirty with. tea stains inside and out Finally got returns label after repeated phone calls Order for special anniversary placed 22/3/20 got my money back 28/4/20 although expecting a replacement
