Who are we? It’s a tricky question when people ask who we are. We’d like to give them the same sentence each time: “We are a company that sells low priced luggage, backpacks, handbags, purses and accessories”. Unfortunately by the time we’ve finished, people have usually fallen asleep. Anyway, we’ll give you the shorter version, it’s more poetic: “We’re saving the world from overpriced luggage”. When we’re not saving the world, we’re making sure that everyone who buys from us is left feeling content with their choice. We’re not going to give the whole ‘The customer is always right’ speech, but without our customers we wouldn’t be here, so they’ll always be our priority. Anyway, that’s enough about who we are. To see why you should buy from us, by all means please read on. Why Karabar? It’s as easy as 1, 2, and 3. 1. Great service How do we give a great service? Well, we stock most of the products ourselves, so they’re ready to leave our warehouse straight away. Your order is hand-picked; we haven’t advanced to fancy robots just yet. This allows us to check for any errors, pack it with a barrel of love, place some protective airbags in the box, ready for you to pop and scare people as-and-when. This whole process is usually done on the same day; nothing stops us at Karabar HQ. Not even a mere cold can dampen our work flow. 2. Low prices How on earth are they so low? Simple really, we cut the importer, the wholesaler, the sales reps, and every other person in between so that we can do it ourselves. We even have our own dedicated design team. Not only can we make quality items for less this way, we think it’s only fair that you should pay less too. Because we like to brag about our low prices, we show you what they could have been sold for at recommend retail price. We like to break convention. 3. Outstanding customer support It doesn’t matter if you’re thinking about buying from us, about to buy from us, in the middle of buying from us, or just bought from us, we’re here to help. We know every other company will give you that kind of statement so what else is new? Well for starters we’re open from 9am-5pm every day; you can reach us by live chat, email or phone call between those hours. You can even contact us by post if that’s your thing? If it’s delivered by horseback we’ll probably give you a free item. Guess what else we have? A free-phone number for landlines, none of that 0845 nonsense! Ultimately, we’d like our customers to treat us like friends and vice versa. We’ll try and give you a great experience from online store to door.
It's the second time I buy the same product as I loved the laptop suitcase of Karabar. Size, the number of pockets and quality of the product it's a must.
I didn't like the site design. It was difficult to negotiate and kept jumping compared to other shopping experiences on line.
Perfectly adequate carry on hard sided case offering enough capacity for those shorter trips, 4 wheels also make it easily manoeuvrable and there is no danger of it toppling over. Good price for an economy case with speedy delivery, can't complaint at that can you??

Just love this inflight suitcase. Lightweight but sturdy. Very fast delivery however I did put in details of different delivery address but it went to invoice address inconvenient when you are not there. This aside very pleased with case, will probably order larger one.

No probs with holdall which is great. However the packaging was in a terrible state. Cardboard box falling apart. It had been ripped too and someone had tried to tape it together unsuccessfully.

I had to do a correction to the address and I contacted customer service immediately. I got a quick reply to my email and I was assured the courier will have the right address, but then he didn't. I had it delivered at work and he called me asking me to go to the parking to get my box myself and when I was not as quick as he wished he left without delivering! I called him back and he was very feisty and rude and hang up to me. He then came back to deliver but he still asked me to go to the parking to get the box as he didnt understant where to take it. This part of the experience made it unleasant, but the delivery was quick as I had payed for express delivery and the product looks good.
The Jeep backpack arrived quickly and it was well packaged. The backpack itself is good quality and sturdy. It's a little heavier weight wise but I think this is to deal with everyday use. It's for my son, who is at high school and he was easily able to fit all his stuff in it including his PE kit, a lunch box and an A4 slim file. I am very pleased with this and it's good value for money.

I ordered a rucksack for my son age he asked for a hippo bag for pre school. I opted for next day delivery and the bag arrived in under 24 hours. My son is delighted with his hippo bag which is very good quality and ideal for his age. He loves carrying it on his back
My suitcase wheel broke and although I left it for 6 months to complain there was no issue with getting a replacement. I also did not have to return the case so it went to Cancer Research shop. Not sure is anyone will want it with a broken wheel but you never know. I now have my new case and all within about a week Thank you Karabars Great service I have already recommended you to a friend.

Delivery was later than expected but as it was over the Christmas and New Year period I was happy with everything. Will not be using the bags until March so don't know how well they will cope with our journey to Dubai, Australia and New Zealand and return.
