Who are we? It’s a tricky question when people ask who we are. We’d like to give them the same sentence each time: “We are a company that sells low priced luggage, backpacks, handbags, purses and accessories”. Unfortunately by the time we’ve finished, people have usually fallen asleep. Anyway, we’ll give you the shorter version, it’s more poetic: “We’re saving the world from overpriced luggage”. When we’re not saving the world, we’re making sure that everyone who buys from us is left feeling content with their choice. We’re not going to give the whole ‘The customer is always right’ speech, but without our customers we wouldn’t be here, so they’ll always be our priority. Anyway, that’s enough about who we are. To see why you should buy from us, by all means please read on. Why Karabar? It’s as easy as 1, 2, and 3. 1. Great service How do we give a great service? Well, we stock most of the products ourselves, so they’re ready to leave our warehouse straight away. Your order is hand-picked; we haven’t advanced to fancy robots just yet. This allows us to check for any errors, pack it with a barrel of love, place some protective airbags in the box, ready for you to pop and scare people as-and-when. This whole process is usually done on the same day; nothing stops us at Karabar HQ. Not even a mere cold can dampen our work flow. 2. Low prices How on earth are they so low? Simple really, we cut the importer, the wholesaler, the sales reps, and every other person in between so that we can do it ourselves. We even have our own dedicated design team. Not only can we make quality items for less this way, we think it’s only fair that you should pay less too. Because we like to brag about our low prices, we show you what they could have been sold for at recommend retail price. We like to break convention. 3. Outstanding customer support It doesn’t matter if you’re thinking about buying from us, about to buy from us, in the middle of buying from us, or just bought from us, we’re here to help. We know every other company will give you that kind of statement so what else is new? Well for starters we’re open from 9am-5pm every day; you can reach us by live chat, email or phone call between those hours. You can even contact us by post if that’s your thing? If it’s delivered by horseback we’ll probably give you a free item. Guess what else we have? A free-phone number for landlines, none of that 0845 nonsense! Ultimately, we’d like our customers to treat us like friends and vice versa. We’ll try and give you a great experience from online store to door.
I was sent an item by Karabar which was unfortunately faulty but their customer services department were excellent in arranging a replacement item. I would definitely recommend Karabar and their service
I happened to come across this company when searching for suitcases. I needed to purchase a total of six suitcases for a family holiday and took a gamble on puchasing 2 suitcases from them to test the quality as their prices were cheap. I wasn't really expect much but boy was I wrong, the hard cases I brought was beautiful and of the same quality as some of the other high end suitcases I have purchased in the past. The suitcases were large enough to hold three weeks of clothing inside a single case and instead of needing six I end up needing to buy only four. I will definitely recommend this company as their products are of good quality and I had no problems with the service they provided.

These guys do a good job. I have had a couple of bags that have failed but they very quickly replaced them without a quibble. Just a shame the bags failed initially.
I purchased a suit case for my husbands birthday. Product is great. Price was great and so was delivery. If I had to pick a fault it would be that I had no correspondence from yourselves or the courier to let me know when it would be delivered. I received a text after it had arrived as it was left with my neighbour

I found the site easy to use, products could be filtered by the suitcase size accepted by different airlines and it was easy to compare different products. Ordered a cabin bag through the website. It said free delivery and free returns. As I was paying, something flicked through saying free return with prime payment. My payment went through and I went back to check what this meant. It said you could pay an extra, small amount (sorry I can't remember the details now) for free returns. I rang up and the person said they were updating the website but that option was no longer available. I said it had been advertised but she said it was now free if one used Paypal. I said this was misleading. There is now an asterix on free delivery, but it's still misleading as Paypal offers this service not Karabar. I had no further communication from Karabar to confirm my purchase or anything else. I had to ring up several times to find out what was going on. It was not what I'm used to with internet shopping. Usually there is an immediate email confirming the order. The bag arrived via Hermes, a firm which is like Uber and exploits people who deliver for them by not paying them wages or delivery times. The bag itself looks okay but I haven't used it yet.
Great product, prompt delivery
First time I have used this website and very happy. I bought a Girona wheeled bag. The delivery was quick and very well packed. The product is very good value for money. I would recommend this site to anyone.
I ordered a laptop back pack with straps AND wheels for my grandson to use at school as they don't provide lockers or any other storage facility for kids nowadays, so they have to carry books, gym kit and lunch around from class to class as well as getting the lot to and from school. I didn't want to pay mega bucks, so at under £30 it was worth a go, and I was not disappointed and pleasantly surprised at the quality and free delivery. The website was very new, and we had a few hiccoughs regarding the delivery address, but using the "Chat" facility, we were able to get that corrected pretty quickly. The back pack has a 10 year guarantee, is sturdy and does the job superbly. Not too big and at 1.9 kg empty, although that is heavier than a normal backpack, with the straps and wheels it's a breeze. Now my daughter wants one.
