Who are we? It’s a tricky question when people ask who we are. We’d like to give them the same sentence each time: “We are a company that sells low priced luggage, backpacks, handbags, purses and accessories”. Unfortunately by the time we’ve finished, people have usually fallen asleep. Anyway, we’ll give you the shorter version, it’s more poetic: “We’re saving the world from overpriced luggage”. When we’re not saving the world, we’re making sure that everyone who buys from us is left feeling content with their choice. We’re not going to give the whole ‘The customer is always right’ speech, but without our customers we wouldn’t be here, so they’ll always be our priority. Anyway, that’s enough about who we are. To see why you should buy from us, by all means please read on. Why Karabar? It’s as easy as 1, 2, and 3. 1. Great service How do we give a great service? Well, we stock most of the products ourselves, so they’re ready to leave our warehouse straight away. Your order is hand-picked; we haven’t advanced to fancy robots just yet. This allows us to check for any errors, pack it with a barrel of love, place some protective airbags in the box, ready for you to pop and scare people as-and-when. This whole process is usually done on the same day; nothing stops us at Karabar HQ. Not even a mere cold can dampen our work flow. 2. Low prices How on earth are they so low? Simple really, we cut the importer, the wholesaler, the sales reps, and every other person in between so that we can do it ourselves. We even have our own dedicated design team. Not only can we make quality items for less this way, we think it’s only fair that you should pay less too. Because we like to brag about our low prices, we show you what they could have been sold for at recommend retail price. We like to break convention. 3. Outstanding customer support It doesn’t matter if you’re thinking about buying from us, about to buy from us, in the middle of buying from us, or just bought from us, we’re here to help. We know every other company will give you that kind of statement so what else is new? Well for starters we’re open from 9am-5pm every day; you can reach us by live chat, email or phone call between those hours. You can even contact us by post if that’s your thing? If it’s delivered by horseback we’ll probably give you a free item. Guess what else we have? A free-phone number for landlines, none of that 0845 nonsense! Ultimately, we’d like our customers to treat us like friends and vice versa. We’ll try and give you a great experience from online store to door.
Wanted a large hold-all on wheels and this one fit the bill . When I told the sales staff we wanted it to go on holiday instead of going for the fast sale she advised me to check the size allowance with the airline first because they had feedback that some airlines allow smaller hold baggage sizes? (The hold-all was 40 inches long) than others. A company who cares about its customers is a rare thing . The hold-all is great very good quality and a very good price. I will defiantly use this company again .

Looked at the recent reviews and decided to take a punt and purchase this case. The case arrived on time in quality packaging. Really good looking case, sturdy, lots of space and very lightweight. Took the case on it's first outing to Ibiza, lots fitted into the case and was really easy to manoeuvre and control. Would recommend this case....

I ordered a small rucksack, the kind I have been looking for for some time. They had great choice of designs and colours...and I easily found the style, colours and pattern I liked... .and it happened to be in the sale at half-price. The ordering was easy and delivery really fast. I have given them only 4 star because I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the materials ... but as it was very inexpensive, I shouldn't really complain. I ordered from Karabars before and I think they are a good reliable company, and have great choice of items. I would definitely buy from them again.

When my travel bag developed a fault after one year I contacted Karabars and they immediately offered a replacement or credit off a new case. I accepted the latter and a new case was delivered within 5 days. Many thanks Karabars
Easy ordering ,quick service
Lots of choice, easy online shopping, quick delivery. Happy with look of product, extra large giraffe wheeled holdall. Good price. Not used it yet, will be using it for a trip to Australia.
No reason to fault the service received from Karabars. The laptop bag I ordered was delivered as expected. Although generally happy with it at first as it is quite well made it has unfortunately developed a fault with the zip compartment where the straps are kept after only one days use. Otherwise I would recommend it.

I cannot rate this company high enough. Approximately, 18 months ago I purchased two holdalls from them. I had only used them a few time when they were damaged by baggage handlers at the airport. I wished to replace them with two similar holdalls. I contacted the company to enquire about purchasing two replacements. For my convenience I emailed on a Sunday. Much to my surprise within 40 minutes I received a reply from Suzanne Jones a 'customer Service Genius'. She asked for more detail regarding the damaged and photos. Following a few more emails she agreed to refund me fully for the damaged holdalls and issued a credit note. I choose two more holdalls, which were dispatched and arrived about 4 days later. I have not experienced such service for a very long time. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and family.
