Who are we? It’s a tricky question when people ask who we are. We’d like to give them the same sentence each time: “We are a company that sells low priced luggage, backpacks, handbags, purses and accessories”. Unfortunately by the time we’ve finished, people have usually fallen asleep. Anyway, we’ll give you the shorter version, it’s more poetic: “We’re saving the world from overpriced luggage”. When we’re not saving the world, we’re making sure that everyone who buys from us is left feeling content with their choice. We’re not going to give the whole ‘The customer is always right’ speech, but without our customers we wouldn’t be here, so they’ll always be our priority. Anyway, that’s enough about who we are. To see why you should buy from us, by all means please read on. Why Karabar? It’s as easy as 1, 2, and 3. 1. Great service How do we give a great service? Well, we stock most of the products ourselves, so they’re ready to leave our warehouse straight away. Your order is hand-picked; we haven’t advanced to fancy robots just yet. This allows us to check for any errors, pack it with a barrel of love, place some protective airbags in the box, ready for you to pop and scare people as-and-when. This whole process is usually done on the same day; nothing stops us at Karabar HQ. Not even a mere cold can dampen our work flow. 2. Low prices How on earth are they so low? Simple really, we cut the importer, the wholesaler, the sales reps, and every other person in between so that we can do it ourselves. We even have our own dedicated design team. Not only can we make quality items for less this way, we think it’s only fair that you should pay less too. Because we like to brag about our low prices, we show you what they could have been sold for at recommend retail price. We like to break convention. 3. Outstanding customer support It doesn’t matter if you’re thinking about buying from us, about to buy from us, in the middle of buying from us, or just bought from us, we’re here to help. We know every other company will give you that kind of statement so what else is new? Well for starters we’re open from 9am-5pm every day; you can reach us by live chat, email or phone call between those hours. You can even contact us by post if that’s your thing? If it’s delivered by horseback we’ll probably give you a free item. Guess what else we have? A free-phone number for landlines, none of that 0845 nonsense! Ultimately, we’d like our customers to treat us like friends and vice versa. We’ll try and give you a great experience from online store to door.
I have just purchased our SIXTH Empress 34 inch holdall. The other five have been taken skiing and to Florida and are still going strong. They are really well made and fantastic value for money. They comfortably hold all our ski gear and are so light when filled were still only 14/15KG on check in! The customer service is excellent. I ordered a black/red one and was emailed by the company immediately offering a different colour as the back/red one was out of stock. Received a black/Aqua one (even nicer than the red/black one, thank you!) within a couple of days. Thank you Karabars, will be using again!
Parcel arrived swiftly and in great condition. No unneccessary packing. Bag looks perfect but as its a christmas gift i can only hope the quality is great too.

Recently used these to go on holiday in December 2016 and on the night of packing the zip broke on one of the suitcase, and then the code for the other suitcase did not work but worked fine for the other. After hours of trying to get the code to work we thought we finally mastered it, we took a note of the code, tried to get back into the suitcase but couldn't and after several hours of trying it then opened. We then locked it again and at the airport through customs it would not open. After multiple attempts and there after it was the same thing over and over again. It was strange that both my husband and I did the same for the other suitcase and the code was fine but each time we did it for the faulty suitcase there was an issue so in the end returning home we didn't lock that suitcase. The disappointing thing was that we travelled with one of the suitcase unlocked and not safely secured because of the fault with the codes and to also experience another fault with the other suitcase where the zip wasn't working properly, therefore it was very hard trying to keep it closed and we didn't have time to get another suitcase so we tried to work with it but after collecting our suitcase after landing we noticed that the zip had spilt opened exposing our clothes. Not happy

My case broke (one of the wheels) the first time I used it (6 months after purchase). Could not replace the bag (no longer stocked) but gave me a credit for next purchase (plus delivery free). Overall good customer service.

There seems to be a huge gap in the market between tiny suitcases with Pepper Pig or Disney pictures and adult luggage. Pre-teens and teens want something that appeals to their growing sense of design and looks 'cool'. Previously, I had to trawl the American market to find something that suited my granddaughter and pay well over the odds. Karabar have a wide range of suitcases and sizes and there are several that fit the bill in terms of design, size and price. My grandson will be delighted and feel he can more than hold his own when he goes on his residential school trip next year. Thank you

Karabars provided what seems to be, at least after its first use, a good, robust, and splendidly purple suitcase at a very good price. Prompt delivery, which was well communicated.Will be buying another case soon and won't hesitate to go for same type and same company. (Apart from anything else, the cat wants another one of the giant cardboard boxes, because some person, who shall remain nameless, put it out for recycling instead of leaving it in the middle of the sitting room where it clearly belonged.
