Who are we? It’s a tricky question when people ask who we are. We’d like to give them the same sentence each time: “We are a company that sells low priced luggage, backpacks, handbags, purses and accessories”. Unfortunately by the time we’ve finished, people have usually fallen asleep. Anyway, we’ll give you the shorter version, it’s more poetic: “We’re saving the world from overpriced luggage”. When we’re not saving the world, we’re making sure that everyone who buys from us is left feeling content with their choice. We’re not going to give the whole ‘The customer is always right’ speech, but without our customers we wouldn’t be here, so they’ll always be our priority. Anyway, that’s enough about who we are. To see why you should buy from us, by all means please read on. Why Karabar? It’s as easy as 1, 2, and 3. 1. Great service How do we give a great service? Well, we stock most of the products ourselves, so they’re ready to leave our warehouse straight away. Your order is hand-picked; we haven’t advanced to fancy robots just yet. This allows us to check for any errors, pack it with a barrel of love, place some protective airbags in the box, ready for you to pop and scare people as-and-when. This whole process is usually done on the same day; nothing stops us at Karabar HQ. Not even a mere cold can dampen our work flow. 2. Low prices How on earth are they so low? Simple really, we cut the importer, the wholesaler, the sales reps, and every other person in between so that we can do it ourselves. We even have our own dedicated design team. Not only can we make quality items for less this way, we think it’s only fair that you should pay less too. Because we like to brag about our low prices, we show you what they could have been sold for at recommend retail price. We like to break convention. 3. Outstanding customer support It doesn’t matter if you’re thinking about buying from us, about to buy from us, in the middle of buying from us, or just bought from us, we’re here to help. We know every other company will give you that kind of statement so what else is new? Well for starters we’re open from 9am-5pm every day; you can reach us by live chat, email or phone call between those hours. You can even contact us by post if that’s your thing? If it’s delivered by horseback we’ll probably give you a free item. Guess what else we have? A free-phone number for landlines, none of that 0845 nonsense! Ultimately, we’d like our customers to treat us like friends and vice versa. We’ll try and give you a great experience from online store to door.

I have had a case from Karabar previously and it was good. Not used this one yet but expecting same quality. I would have liked a carrying handle on the horizontal side of the case, as previously, for ease of use on public transport.

It looks great and seems well-made. A wonderful product with large capacity and insulated pocket on the front. The order was dispatched at the earliest opportunity and received two days later. Tracking was provided. I would highly recommend Karabar.
I would have given an extra half a star if it was possible. The product is good and delivery quick. The only minor criticism is that it is difficult to compare products. There are many similar cases and it would be helpful to know of any plus points for each one. Having said that, i am perfectly satisfied with my choice

The shopping trolley was not as pictured it was called grey - and it was Khaki I asked if they could change it and they would not - said it was no longer in a saleable condition because I had unpacked it ? Would not shop there again
Toiletry bag is very good except for the main zip which from new is too strong for the bag and jams.

Following a previous review in which I pointed out I had had an issue I was contacted. As the suitcase was covered with a ten year warranty I soon received a new replacement. It looks great and without being packed and tested for real all I can say is I’m looking forward to using it.
I recently purchased a wheeled holdall from Karabar for a trip to India which involved touring by minibus. The ordering and delivery processes were straightforward and I set off on my holiday. The holdall survived the flight but after a week of travelling I arrived at my next destination to find that the holdall had split at the seam near the wheels. I had to spend valuable sightseeing time trying to stitch the bag together in order to reach my next stop as buying luggage in rural India is not straightforward. At my next destination I had to spend more time and money trying to find a replacement in order to fly home. On my return I contacted Karabar who refunded the cost of the holdall but refused to compensate me for my time, effort and expense in sourcing alternative luggage in order to complete my holiday. I am not impressed by customer services.
I ordered 3 Girona 30 Inch Wheeled Bags for a trip to Norway. On arrival the bags appear to be well made with a large capacity, you should be able to fill to a 23kg limit without too much problem. The only way to see how good a bag is, is to put it through airport handling; I also put it through a long train trip a back of a van and pull around a sub-zero city for good measure. Firstly, the material that this bag is made of is tough, very tough; stitching first rate and surprisingly with no stray threads. The wheels, ohhhh thoses wheels are so smooth with no grittiness what so ever, they are perfectly placed that the bag is super stable , which is unusual for this type of bag for they seem to have a mind of their own. There is a handle that extends to a comfortable length (I'm over 6ft) , again it feels very durable, well finished and comfortable in the hand. I returned from my trip and all three bags look as new, which is generaly not the case for this type of bag. I really think that these bags will last a long time, backed by a 10 year manufactures guarantee which I doubt that I will likely to need, if something were to break. Top bag, brilliant supplier!

Delivery was extremely fast for standard delivery option. And the product was top notch in terms of practicality and build quality. I was doubtful with such low prices that the quality would be that good. However, this is the best quality bag I have purchased for travelling
