Who are we? It’s a tricky question when people ask who we are. We’d like to give them the same sentence each time: “We are a company that sells low priced luggage, backpacks, handbags, purses and accessories”. Unfortunately by the time we’ve finished, people have usually fallen asleep. Anyway, we’ll give you the shorter version, it’s more poetic: “We’re saving the world from overpriced luggage”. When we’re not saving the world, we’re making sure that everyone who buys from us is left feeling content with their choice. We’re not going to give the whole ‘The customer is always right’ speech, but without our customers we wouldn’t be here, so they’ll always be our priority. Anyway, that’s enough about who we are. To see why you should buy from us, by all means please read on. Why Karabar? It’s as easy as 1, 2, and 3. 1. Great service How do we give a great service? Well, we stock most of the products ourselves, so they’re ready to leave our warehouse straight away. Your order is hand-picked; we haven’t advanced to fancy robots just yet. This allows us to check for any errors, pack it with a barrel of love, place some protective airbags in the box, ready for you to pop and scare people as-and-when. This whole process is usually done on the same day; nothing stops us at Karabar HQ. Not even a mere cold can dampen our work flow. 2. Low prices How on earth are they so low? Simple really, we cut the importer, the wholesaler, the sales reps, and every other person in between so that we can do it ourselves. We even have our own dedicated design team. Not only can we make quality items for less this way, we think it’s only fair that you should pay less too. Because we like to brag about our low prices, we show you what they could have been sold for at recommend retail price. We like to break convention. 3. Outstanding customer support It doesn’t matter if you’re thinking about buying from us, about to buy from us, in the middle of buying from us, or just bought from us, we’re here to help. We know every other company will give you that kind of statement so what else is new? Well for starters we’re open from 9am-5pm every day; you can reach us by live chat, email or phone call between those hours. You can even contact us by post if that’s your thing? If it’s delivered by horseback we’ll probably give you a free item. Guess what else we have? A free-phone number for landlines, none of that 0845 nonsense! Ultimately, we’d like our customers to treat us like friends and vice versa. We’ll try and give you a great experience from online store to door.
The product I ordered could not be delivered by the courier company employed by Karabar. So, I got an apology and a prompt refund by Karabar.

Unable to use , no way you can secure this suitcase
Bought a smart little case from this company. There was a problem with the handle. When I told them, they immediately replaced it. No fuss whatsoever. Great service and nice case.
God what was promised and on time
I ordered a trolley but delivery never arrived. It take few months until i did get my money back. They didn't want to send me new one. That was strange ordering experiece.

Fantastically quick service from Karabar. Small issue of no locks with 1 set but quickly rectified & locks arrived by 1st class signed delivery next day. Not used tbe cases yet so cannot comment on useage quality
Lock broke after using once
I wanted quality suitcases that look smart and be easy to carry, light and allow me to put everything I needed I inside. I bought the set of “Karabar Grantham Set of 2 Super Lightweight 4 Wheels ABS Hard Shell Suitcase Travel Trolley Cases Bags Extra Large XL and Cabin Carry On Hand Luggage, Brick colour” These suitcases fulfilled my expectations and beyond. What else would you need? On top of that, the customer service is absolutely amazing, answering questions on a Sunday!!! The solution was provided immediately and better than expected. I fully recommend this brand.
Five stars are for service and product. But. There is a very strong smell of an acetone type, obviously from manufacture as it is from under the lining - I am leaving the case fully open with the lining unzipped and slowly this is dissipating. I would, however, not be happy if I had purchased this at the last minute, as I would not wish to use and risk my clothes smelling.

This is way too small to be labelled as a weekend bag and whilst I take some responsibility for not properly reading the exact dimensions of the bag I think that the description is a little misleading. I expect a weekend bag to fit clothes, toiletries, accessories and shoes to last at least two nights and days (that being the length of a weekend!) I’m not sure what it could be reclassified as, a gym bag for a small child or a snack bag for your weekend away maybe? Needless to say I will be returning it if only I could find some instructions on the wedsite as to how to make a return. I have read half a dozen times that I can make the return just not how to do so. P.S. the bag does appear to be well made and of good quality.
great service problem sorted straight away
Really pleased with this high quality suit carrier. It features pockets inside for shirts/smalls etc plus it has a wide strap inside across the middle, so that garments don't fall down in a heap when the unit is folded and carried. Jackets/skirts/trousers can be hung on standard Tesco wooden hangers (not supplied). Plenty of straps and hooks, all secure. Looking at the price charged, I'm glad I bought two!

Our Karabar Grantham ll suitcase became faulty. I emailed customer services and had an excellent result with a new suitcase being sent to me. It was refreshing to be dealt with in such a refreshing manner and with ease. Thanks Karabar
Although the customer care team are helpful, the company itself has made the foolhardy decision to use Yodel. Parcel should have arrived on a Saturday, Yodel then posted that it was delivered the day before in a different city. Two days later, having assumed it was lost, parcel is dropped off. Naturally, I had already ordered elsewhere, so I now have to take the item to a drop off point.
