Who are we? It’s a tricky question when people ask who we are. We’d like to give them the same sentence each time: “We are a company that sells low priced luggage, backpacks, handbags, purses and accessories”. Unfortunately by the time we’ve finished, people have usually fallen asleep. Anyway, we’ll give you the shorter version, it’s more poetic: “We’re saving the world from overpriced luggage”. When we’re not saving the world, we’re making sure that everyone who buys from us is left feeling content with their choice. We’re not going to give the whole ‘The customer is always right’ speech, but without our customers we wouldn’t be here, so they’ll always be our priority. Anyway, that’s enough about who we are. To see why you should buy from us, by all means please read on. Why Karabar? It’s as easy as 1, 2, and 3. 1. Great service How do we give a great service? Well, we stock most of the products ourselves, so they’re ready to leave our warehouse straight away. Your order is hand-picked; we haven’t advanced to fancy robots just yet. This allows us to check for any errors, pack it with a barrel of love, place some protective airbags in the box, ready for you to pop and scare people as-and-when. This whole process is usually done on the same day; nothing stops us at Karabar HQ. Not even a mere cold can dampen our work flow. 2. Low prices How on earth are they so low? Simple really, we cut the importer, the wholesaler, the sales reps, and every other person in between so that we can do it ourselves. We even have our own dedicated design team. Not only can we make quality items for less this way, we think it’s only fair that you should pay less too. Because we like to brag about our low prices, we show you what they could have been sold for at recommend retail price. We like to break convention. 3. Outstanding customer support It doesn’t matter if you’re thinking about buying from us, about to buy from us, in the middle of buying from us, or just bought from us, we’re here to help. We know every other company will give you that kind of statement so what else is new? Well for starters we’re open from 9am-5pm every day; you can reach us by live chat, email or phone call between those hours. You can even contact us by post if that’s your thing? If it’s delivered by horseback we’ll probably give you a free item. Guess what else we have? A free-phone number for landlines, none of that 0845 nonsense! Ultimately, we’d like our customers to treat us like friends and vice versa. We’ll try and give you a great experience from online store to door.
Excellent suitcases... they have arrived today and extremely happy with the sizes and quality. I brought the Karabar Seashell Set of 2 super lightweight 4 wheels ABS hard shell. They are new on the Karabar site however a lot more expensive on there! I got them of amazon for £59.99 as suppose to £130 on the site! Great deal! Will recommend Karabar to friends!

A week ago I requested a return of Evora Set of 2 Hard Suitcases Item Number PAL00013 Eggplant SE. A week ago as the small case was misdesctibed as 55cm high when it is 59cm and i therefore could not use the case on Ryanair. I was also disappointed in the larger case which was very flimsy, particularly the handle. I was emailed a question on how I measured the smaller case. Suggesting I had taken the larger measurement from the cardboard box. I replied in detail with the lengths/trouble I had gone to in order to check the measurements and have had no reply despite 3 reminders. Terrible customer service!

speedy delivery - well packaged and very useful and good looking cases/travel bags. Fitted in Ryanair overhead lockers no problem,easy manoeuvering them around and not heavy or awkward. Delighted - perfect for week in Portugal and about to use them again for a similar trip.
Bought one of their small wheelie laptop cases - a "Minto". Delivered OK, didn't think much more about it. Looks OK, nice design. However, after only a few outings, along standard pavements and streets, the leading bottom edge of the case is completely shredded and worn away from rubbing on the ground. It's not got enough ground clearance or protection. Also the collapsible handle doesn't (collapse) unless you really work hard at it. So, I have no real opinion about the company, but the product is unfortunately very poor. Not sure if I can be bothered to complain/ claim a replacement - it's likely to have the same issues.
Just what I wanted! A cabin-luggage rucksack. Plenty of space, buckles on the side when the bag is not full. Very pleased. Used it twice on short European visits. It would've been nice if they had included the elastic strap inside to stop the contents from moving around. Fantastic value though..

Contacted about an item which failed under guarantee. After sending photos of item, a code was emailed to me allowing me to buy a replacement. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

So far, although we have only used our full sized cases and cabin luggage once we are very very pleased indeed. The main advantage of having all the cases on wheels is that it completely eliminated the need for any lifting. They glide along. The patterns on the exterior make them easy to spot on the carrousel as well as making them very attractive. They arrived on time and at a price that represented really good value for money given their excellent quality. Well done Karabar - I would recommend their products without reservation.
My second suitcase purchased from Karabar, both of which have a done a fair bit of business travel. Decent quality at an excellent price (and when I spotted a slight flaw in the stitching of the one originally sent, they replaced it immediately without hesitation). (Over c.15 years I had two Samsonites; the first was near-indestructible, the second was shoddy tat.)
Unfortunately desired cases were out of stock but staff went above and beyond the call of duty to try and help out. Would certainly recommend them as a company.
