Very easy buying process and quick delivery. Only return system is requires improvements since you need to log in back to your account and see your status after few day. This should be more automated and shipping label should be send automatically to the email in same hour. Besides that all good. Very good quality & design of the products
Really liked this pram at first. The wheels are so damaged, brake is not locking properly which is a safety risk in my opinion but doesn’t seem that way to joolz! Have a life time warranty and said I have just passed my 2 year warranty. And doesn’t count.. what a life lime warranty!!! seems like a SCAM. What terrible customer service!!

Ik geloof dat je mag zeggen dat je voor 1500euro een beetje high end en een doorontwikkelde kinderwagen mag verwachten. Maar natuurlijk is deze gedachte anno 2024 net als de kinderwagen van dit merk ook te verwaarlozen. Oxidatie, trillende baby, stroef lopende mechanieken tot aan naar rechts trekkende spoor. Van die 1500euro heb ik niets terug gezien in het product dat ik gekocht heb. Overigens is de bereidheid om garantie en service te verlenen immens en vergaand.
Levering was op tijd. Gemiddelde score, omdat je bij een buggy in deze prijscategorie mag verwachten dat een dergelijke accessoire er gewoon bij zit.
Het duurt enorm lang bij jullie eer dat een retour verwerkt wordt!

When you buy they promise you a delivery date which is not real, I lost my things due to this situation, because I was on vacation in a place and I bought on the dates they gave me and I left and they never arrived
I have ordered rain cover, mosquitoes protection and cup holder for our Joolz Day+ stroller. Everything from this company is really good quality and easy to use. I like minimalistic but modern design. I didn’t use mosquitoes protection yet but rain cover saves on rainy days, easy to put on and I am sure can work for all strollers not just Joolz. Cup holder sometimes falls when entering narrow doors, but in general a very useful accessory to keep my hands free while keeping my drink in easy access. I also appreciate their packaging that can be reused.
