During the flight one of the front wheels of our Joolz Day+ was lost. Turns out it's very difficult to find spare parts. Official website has limited availability and wheels are not cross-compatible between models, making buying on classifieds difficult. Luckily, after contacting support we were sent a set of wheels, so that we can continue using our stroller. Thank you!

Ich habe einen gebrauchten Kinderwagen von ca. 2016 übernommen und bin begeistert, so viele Jahre später noch Ersatzteile zu bekommen. Der Kundendienst war sehr hilfreich im Bestimmen des genauen Models, hat mir auch direkt den Link für die richtigen Teile geschickt. Die Bestellung und der Versand waren unkompliziert, schnell und Preiswert.
I’m really disappointed with Joolz online order fulfillment and customer service. I ordered param accessories needed to prep for the arrival of my baby at the end of this month. Items were ordered on April 7th. I received a confirmation of order and was charged for the products, however, still have not received a shipping confirmation and tracking number. I reached out to customer service on April 12th to inquire about status and again on April 16th and am pending a response back. I’d suggest to not order directly from Joolz. Update: After submitting a TrustPilot review, Joolz customer service got in contact with me and resolved the issue with my order. They were holding on shipping the order as one of the items I ordered was out of stock and they sent the in-stock items overnight. I had a good experience once customer service got in touch, however, recommend that Joolz respond to customer emails prior to TrustPilot reviews being written.

Loved everything about the joolz!
Really disappointed in the lack of customer service from Joolz! We bought the Joolz Aer in May 2023 and we have found that the brake mechanism no longer works properly. We have warranty and reached out to Joolz, they said they would send me a replacement about 3 weeks ago and I only received the buggy bar. I have emailed every day this week to chase for when I am due to receive the new buggy but have had experienced radio silence from the company.

Wir haben den Joolz Aer+ und sind super zufrieden. Haben ihn für eine Reise geholt, er ist super leicht, einfach zusammen geklappt und trotzdem schaffen wir es damit auch durch den Wald und unebenen Boden. Der Versand war schnell, nur leider hat der Paketbote nicht geklingelt und mit Baby ein Paket in der Stadt abholen ist oft schwierig. Vielleicht besser zu DHL wechseln ;)

I love it! So practical. We love to hit the road and travel, this Joolz is the perfect companion for our baby. Excellent for layovers and big enough for her to take her naps and be comfortable. We are so happy

Fast delivery, perfect condition of product. Baby very happy and comfortable in the pram. Shame you have to pay extra for the handle bar and the foot rest extender.
Fantastic travel buggy (AER+) that comes with a travel bag and raincover. It goes in the overhead compartment which many will question when you get to the plane as it doesn't look like it can fold that small. Everyone is always amazed when they see it folded up!! Extremely light to push with 1 hand and with adapter can attach my Maxi Cosi carseat which was a godsend on holiday. I now use the pram for short trips to the shop in the UK instead of using my icandy which is bulky and heavy but better for longer walking trips. Worth every penny but I think the bar should come as standard instead of paying extra. The only downfall is the raincover which slips off the top of the pram when it windy.

De wagen werd snel geleverd, makkelijk in mekaar te zetten . ,n prachtige wagen.
De Joolz day 3 is een mooie kinderwagen met veel pluspunten. Makkelijk in te klappen, fijne handgreep en zonnekap. Echter heeft deze wagen totaal geen vering in de wielen/banden. Dit kan echt beter. Mijn zoontje lag echt te stuiteren de eerste weken. Heb een handdoek onder het matrasje gelegd voor meer stabiliteit.
We did not see the stockouts in your website. We ordered two different colors of same model but your customer service turned us negatively. This was really one of the worts customer experience that i've ever faced with.
Customer service is excellent. I had a difficulty when applying a discount and they responded to me within the first 24 hours, generating a refund for my request. Delivery was timely, the stroller and its accessories arrived in perfect condition.
