Ich habe meine Bestellung nach 6 Wochen immer noch nicht erhalten. Der Kundenservice ist unfreundlich, unfähig und versucht das Problem auf den Kunden abzuwälzen. Einfach nur eine schreckliche Erfahrung!

Update: customer service contacted me and was great. Alexia was very helpful and responsive, and damaged parts of our stroller were replaced very quickly. So I updated the rating to 4* (taking one off as the stroller should not have issues so soon). We bought a Joolz Aer stroller from the Belgian retailer Babylux in April 2023. However, after less than 1.5 years of use (warranty is still valid) the break stopped working properly and it became unsafe and also inconvenient to use it. We contacted Babylux and they said they have to reach out to Joolz. However, as of then Babylux customer service was unreachable and Joolz customer service said that it's not their problem, but retailer's. Hence, we were left without a relatively new (and expensive) stroller.

Ich bin sowohl mit dem Kinderwagen Hub+ als auch mit dem Kundenservice sehr zufrieden. Nach der Kommunikation per Mail wurde mir seitens Kundendienst bei einem Problem sehr professionell geholfen und ein Ersatzteil kam relativ zügig an. Die Marke kann ich daher empfehlen.

My issue with Joolz still continues, after my previous review here on December 11th, I received the return label that I had to pay to return the product, the tracking was showing the Joolz received the product back and I still did not received my money back! Trying to contact the customer service is painful and I am now without the product and no money back.

I was offered a 10% promotion code due to a miscalculation with inventory. However, when I went to checkout there was no option to enter the promotion code given to me. Instead I was charged the full amount. Don’t offer promotion codes to customers if there’s no way to apply them!!! Update: customer service via email has been great. Liseth very helpful - so updating my review

Het wiel was stuk van de kinderwagen. Contact gehad met de klantenservice zij hebben die professioneel en vriendelijk opgelost.

Relatively to such high price, it is a shame some of the products od not have proper description, photos from different angles of the product etc. I found it really difficult to decide whether I should but something because I simply couldnt understand properly how it looks.

Wij kochten de Jools Day5 en zijn enorm tevreden. De kwaliteit is uitmuntend: de stoffen zijn stevig en verkleuren niet, de vering is precies wat we hadden verwacht, de extra’s (zoals de ventilatieroosters) zijn ideaal, inklappen is eenvoudig maar voelt ook degelijk en het design is prachtig. Dubbel en dwars de investering waard!!

I placed my order on December 3rd, and after two weeks, I am still waiting for the majority of the items to arrive. The items are being shipped separately, and no tracking links were provided initially. Today, I called to request tracking information, and the links they gave me make it seem like my order hasn’t even been shipped properly yet. What’s worse is that on their website, they state that delivery can take up to 2-4 business days, which is clearly misleading. I’ve waited far longer than that without any clear updates. Unfortunately, I feel there is no interest in resolving this issue. Considering how expensive the stroller is, this level of service is completely unacceptable. With my baby on the way, I find myself without a stroller, which is extremely frustrating. Looking back, I will never buy from this brand again

Pre order Joolz organiser op joolz zelf besteld. Vervolgens wordt er meedere malen uit gesteld van het artikel. Daarbij kan er volgens joolz zelfs geen compensatie worden gegeven. Maar je mag wel een hoop betalen. Helaas ben ik dit niet gewend van joolz zelf!! Erg jammer probleem steeds niet op gelost.

Would not accept my new customer discount which was very disappointing…..adding a shipping address was unacceptably challenging; it just wanted to do its own thing which was incorrect!

We have purchased a Joolz Day 5 just a few months ago and are already on our third broken frame. The front brake on the right side just breaks on the first few uses, it’s incredible. I’ve just got the third frame from Joolz (because they have to replace the whole frame with the broken front brake, very sustainable indeed) and haven’t even mounted it, just tested the front brakes and it broke. Extremely disappointed in the quality, which is a pity, because the seat is fantastic and our baby loves it. What could is also poorly designed is the folding mechanism, you need a full 4 hands if you want to handle the baby and fold/unfold the stroller. The extending rod is also not the most reliable, it keeps loosing its position and extends and retracts depending on the direction it’s being pulled. Folding with the seat facing rearwards is also not possible, so when you baby is still to little to seat front facing, you have to keep rotating the seat before folding, a real nightmare. Overall, I very much regret spending the money on this stroller.

Vi älskar vår Joolz Geo3. Vagnen håller hög kvalité och är en perfekt syskonvagn eller shopping/utflyktsvagn om man behöver gott om plats! Vi älskar selen, den stora suffletten och vädringen i sittdelen. Vi hade önskat något bättre fjädring och att man kunde ha båda barnen vända mot sig för att vara en ultimat terrängvagn. Rekommenderar Joolz till alla som är ute efter en barnvagn.

Super blij met onze prachtige Day5. Snel geleverd, met alle accessories. Hij rijdt heerlijk en is gemakkelijk te verstellen in hoogte voor mijn lange man. Ook heel blij met hoe gemakkelijk hij in- en uitklapt, toch wel fijn als je met je kleintje staat. Ons ventje ligt er heerlijk in en hebben hem al meermaals als bedje kunnen gebruiken terwijl we even van huis waren.

Llevo más de 10 días esperando el pedido y nada. Mando mails para preguntar que está pasando y nadie responde. No hay ningún teléfono de contacto al que se pueda llamar o un chat para hablar en directo. Vergonzoso.
