Really nice guys and great communication
We reported a fault first thing and by 10.30am an engineer was with us. We needed a boiler replacement and appointments were rearranged to fit us in the next day. Excellent service from start to finish.

Arrived an hour and a half later than planned. Plumber had not got the necessary bits and had to go and buy them. But all the work competently carried out in a timely manner AND he reset the time on the programmer before going!

Very poor service
Immediate response to enquiry. Visit to home. Quotation soon after. The replacement boiler was fitted within a fortnight from order. Excellent old-fashioned service - reliable.
Right from the start they were responsive and professional. They answered all my questions quickly and the work was done on time and as advised. They did a good job of replacing an old central heating boiler with a new efficient combi boiler. The work took all day and the engineer worked tirelessly until he had finished. He was very conscientious and worked to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend JB Heating Services for their reliability and professionalism.
Happy with communication, agent arrived within the scheduled time and resolved the issue. The tradesman was also polite and friendly. I would have given 5 stars except for the charge. The tradesmen resolved the issue in 5 minutes by basically pushing the reset button so I thought it was a little harsh to still charge £144. I will add that the fee was agreed in advance for up to an hours work so maybe my fault. However considering the circumstances I thought the charge was a little excessive.
