The gentleman that rang us was friendly enough we wanted a boiler relocating but he advised us that it would likely break from his experience and we would be better getting a new boiler, the quote that came in seemed on the high side (2650+vat for new boiler or £1200 for relocation but we would need to sign a disclaimer as they break ) when we shopped around a couple of other companies told us they don't break when moving and it was likely that they just wanted a more expensive job. I'm not a gas engineer or a boiler expert so I don't know
Dealt with the repair within the day. Repair man was pleasant and worked until 6.30 on Friday night. First class service.

Issues with the hot water, engineer arrived promptly, serviced the boiler and identified the fault. Not a stocked part unfortunately, had to be ordered. expected days---> a day later came and fitted. Great service highly recommend this company.
Rung up, clearly explained charges - engineer arrived the same day! on time and replaced a tap for us. Very happy with service and costs and would recommend to anybody to give them a try.

Lead engineer was very knowledgeable and thorough and informed us of every part of the installation process. He was polite and helpful and ensured that everything was double checked and triple checked along the way. It's difficult working with an apprentice, especially with these types of complicated installations and I think that the apprentice could have been a little more attentive and proactive, but I'm sure this will come in time. Overall, a great job done and reassurance that we will have a cosy winter now!!
Reliable, efficient and friendly - all at a reasonable price. We trust them to sort out our heating. They recently replaced radiators for us and flushed out the system. Very pleased!
Very polite and knowledgeable young man. Wasn't able to carry out the service as planned due to a fault on the system causing the pressure to drop on a daily basis. He managed to sort this and not had a problem since. Will definitely re-arrange the service, and I know who to contact when my boiler does eventually give up!
Very professional and well run company. The super efficient Harriet took our details and the owner Jonathan promptly called us back to discuss our boiler/plumbing concerns and offered honest advice about possible solutions. This was followed up by an initial visit to our property in Fence, Pendle by Jordan who was on time, polite, honest & informative. Good customer journey, Highly recommended.
Workmen turned up on time carried on with the job causing as little inconvenience as possible. Programmed my timer at the end and explained the controls
I cannot comment on the work of this company - but the man we spoke to took his time in explaining the job to us and was very professional and courteous. Had we had the need for a plumber I would not hesitate in returning to this firm. I got the impression they would be a very professional outfit.
Quick efficient
Can't recommend these guys enough. JB Heating have done two jobs for me and I just booked a third. Firstly they sorted out a problematic electric storage heater, which many before had tried and failed! Charged less that originally quoted as less parts required. Second full boiler replacement at another property, fast turnaround professional service!
Excellent service unfortunately we did have a leak from one of the radiators but they did return the following day to rectify.
