The lad who came round was friendly, professional and helpful when I had a question about the boiler itself (I’ve just moved into the property). Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because they didn’t show on the original date the boiler service was booked. They did apologise profusely for the glitch in the system.

JB heating called me straight away to discuss the job in more detail. It wasn’t a straight forward job as it involved reconfiguring previously installed dual zoned valves. I wanted a single zone with the Google nest installing. Great customer service, engineer turned up on time and left tidy. Had no issues and the system now works as expected.

I rang to say that my friend who was just about to start his chemo treatment had water leaking from his boiler. You came straight away and stopped the leak and came back to fix the broken part the day after. It was fantastic service and the email communication was great. The person receiving the engineers at the house was not very happy about the appearance and manner of the men. He said their attitude made him feel uneasy - something he had not experienced with any other repair or delivery people, of which there have been quite a number. The lead engineer had to ask for the handbook for the boiler, which also seemed strange. The small amount of work done seems to have been done to a good standard.

Very happy. I had an engineer out to check on the possible reoccurrence of a recent water pipe leak. He was extremely polite, courteous and informative. He reassured me that the leak was very unlikely to happen again, but told me that if the worst was to happen He would return to assist. I was very relieved as I am in the midst of an insurance claim and due to have a replacement carpet fitted. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, Thank you
