The company are friendly, responsive and efficient. They gave my excellent advice, we able to get the boiler I wanted in stock within a couple of days and could’ve actually fitted it sooner but we’re flexible to my day off work. Prompt service a tad expensive but buy cheap buy twice!
Excellent consultation and advice. Main engineer a bit brusk. Pipework exemplary, outside pipework not fully insulated, boiler left with faulty gauge resulting in warranty call; hot water cylinder left without bleed valve resulting in further visit. Time keeping interesting! A little lack of respect for owners property i.e. outside footwear on carpets.
We had to cancel the appointment and we still got charged 60 pound that was supposed to be 90 pound.
JB Heating Services had diarised our annual boiler service and contacted us while we away for the Winter. This meant that we were not at risk of forgetting and could ensure they had access to the property so that the service was performed with the warranty period.

He was Clean and explained the work done very clearly. I will definitely be using him again when I need a plumber, And would have no hesitation to recommend him.👍
I had the radiators in my 2 bedrooms replaced with new ones. The engineer came on time, he was very conscientious and made a really good job. Cleaned up afterwards and took away my old radiators. I found the service I received was excellent and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again in the future.

My boiler died. I called on a Thursday and the new boiler was fitted on Tuesday. The quote came in about three hours. Really good. The price was 20 percent cheaper than British Gas. A difference of 500 pounds. The guy who fitted the boiler was pleasant and helpful and very good with the two disabled people in the house. He cleaned up after himself and everything works. You get to call a real person. No web form. No call centre and no hanging on listening to bad music for ages. Great!
