Service was excellent Matt came and reviewed thorouoghly in to what was a complex problem. Initially couldn't figure out the problem. He was honest about the issues and discussed with John who went through with Matt and gave possible problems the boiler may have. John called me back explaining the complexity of the issue, explained me the details and gave possible solutions. Then Matt came back and sorted. The boiler is working fine🤞 As of now (day 3 post repair) the boiler seems to be firing appropriately on demand from the thermostat and heating is being regulated correctly Thanks Matt and John Only thing I would suggest is that, it would be helpful if the admin department includes, in the invoice, the actual times they are charging rather than the booking times because this led to misunderstanding that I was being charged for more hours than the work itself. After a couple of emails it became clear that I wasn't charged anything more than they worked. Overall, I would highly recommend JB heating for boiler and central heating problems

Very fast boiler service. Polite chap. Turned up on time. But spent 20mins outside, 11mins to do the job. He left water all over the floor, black hand prints all over the boiler front and the kitchen units! And left all his rubbish stuffed under the boiler. Apart from that the job was good.

Amended Jb have been in touch after my review, reason given for extra charge was an engineer that was taking longer than normal. Now been refunded the extra, fair play to there response , so I have updated the rating. Rip off company , I used them last year , now pestering me to review, even though I would touch them with a barge pole again. They will charge to a lot more than quote, simple boiler service, they will drag it out to fleece you for extra COWBOYS
In the past we’ve really struggled to find a reliable plumber. JB have been prompt in replying to emails, arrived when they said they would (they even have tracking on the van so you know exactly when they’ll arrive), and have done a great job. Thank you!

Yes, the gas fitter's came on the date agreed, had the old boiler removed no problem , and the new combi boiler fitted over the next two days, very happy with the fitter's good job.
Service of boiler had to have a new part , all done and very happy with outcome , until next year .
We had an annual boiler service recently and as usual we were pleased with the work done. The member of staff was very polite and pleasant. Also when we make a phone call the receptionist is usually equally polite, pleasant and efficient.
