After my initial online enquiry they contacted me within 24 hours, explained all the options without trying to upsell or hard sell. Fitted the boiler with 10 days. Lads turned up polite, smart, did excellent job, left the area clean and tidy. Let's see how the new boiler works, so far so good!
Yearly maintenance carried out on time by JB Heating engineer for 2nd year since installing the boiler. No problems booking the appointment cost made clear before work commenced . Would recommend them for any boiler installation/service work

JB heating offered a prompt service and were spot on with the diagnosis. As regards repair of boiler we were given a day for repair, however John phoned me to say he could get the part earlier. There was a delay to the repair, but again we were kept informed of this. The repair was done, and the engineer was polite and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend your company. They were over an hour late. Was told.between 2pm and 4pm took time off.work and they arrived just before 6pm whilst making my sons tea.
Poor customer service at JB heating. Booked a service as we had no hot water after moving into a new house, and the engineer failed to notice two faults. JB heating are uncontactable over the weekend or bank holiday, which resulted in me contacting a different company to source the fault of no hot water, at a premium cost. The engineer came to my house 4 days after the boiler service was done by JB heating, and fixed two leaks on the boiler that should of been picked up by JB heating. Jonathans customer service is terrible he failed to acknowledge that his engineer might have missed somthing.
Great job! They arrived at the allocated time, with a text to say when they were on the way. The work was done in a good amount of time and to a high standard. The asking paid was reasonable for the job. Would definitely use them again!
