I called on a Thursday afternoon, as our boiler had leaked and I had no hot water of heating for my mum who is 85years. They squeezed us into their schedule for the following day which was much appreciated. Engineer showed up on time, polite, no jargon, identified the issue and part needed quickly. Agreed part would be ordered and he would return early the following week to fit, and complete a service. Also gave me some tips on topping up the pressure so I could get a short shower in the interim. A couple of missed calls (on my part) early the following week, spoke to the office on Tuesday lunchtime about timescale for return. Unfortunately the part had not been ordered at this point, however there would be little delay and said they could attend on the Wednesday, which they did and part was fitted and boiler working again. I feel the costs were reasonable given it took two visits, a new part and a service. I am following up with a couple of queries which I expect will be easily resolved, confirmation that service was conducted as no mention on the invoice and query about fluctuating water temp in shower. Overall really happy and will use again.

Plumber arrived on time, serviced our Worcester Greenstar boiler and bled all the radiators of air. He was professional, courteous and charming. He helpfully explained how common issues such as air in radiators. All the work was completed in less than an hour and we will certainly be using their services in future

fourth time I have used the company for both my own, and refurb property. easy to deal with and always a great job, with fair and open pricing. This was a brand new boiler, fitted when they stated, for the price agreed and cleaned up after the job.
Booked me in quickly, no fuss, showed up on time and got job done quickly and professionally. Admin team didn’t make it clear there was a separate charge for gas safety check so final bill was more than I expected but still good value for money.

I'm afraid my experience was awful. I was over charged and there was a dispute about whether the original problem had been resolved on the first visit which led subsequent visits and their charges. I will never use this company again.
They found the solution that could not be found for our hotel. That's why I'm grateful to them. It's now my favorite company.
