JB Heating are the best heating engineers that we have ever used, bearing in mind that we have been married for 55 years and have experienced many heating companies. We are kept fully informed by the friendly staff of the time the engineer will arrive. The job is always carried out on time by professional and courteous oil boiler engineers.
Response time was excellent and the guys turned up on time. They were efficient and respectful.
The Engineer arrived on time, explained what would happen. Cleaned up after finished. Only slight downside was engineer accidently broke the lid of the toilet.

Great communication from the moment I contacted them to get a quote. They were really good at answering all the questions I had. Once i booked my job in the engineers were great they arrived early on the day and explained everything. They left everything very neat and tidy and took away all the old bits which was a bonus. The new boiler works great and im glad i went with JB Heating.
I organised the appointment today over a week ago. Ive waited in all day. I had confirmation at 1pm someone was coming but no one ever turned up! If you didn’t want the job or felt it was too advanced or something you don’t deal with, have the decency to say so. Awful service. What a waste of time. Update. Next morning I get a message from them saying they tried calling lol. I had no missed calls whatsoever. Could’ve text. Could’ve emailed. In fact could’ve whatsapped just like they did the day after. I rang the call centre and they said they couldn’t get through to the plumber so don’t blame me lol. I waited around for hours. Waste of time
Polite and knowledgeable engineers. Fitted the thermostat quickly and then assisted me with the TADO application installation. Would recommend.
EDIT - My review still stands. After this review was submitted, I was contacted by email to apologise and a credit to be applied for 50% along with 10% off their hourly rate for future. It was appreciated and again, I understand mistakes happen. However, when a great service ends like that, it leaves a bit of a bad taste in your mouth. Although I doubt I'll use them again, I wouldnt put anyone else off using this company. The actual service was amazing but please check the invoice to make sure it's accurate. I had an emergency plumbing issue and needed an old shower replaced or repaired. I had already purchased a new shower for fitting if needed. Two lads came round and kept me updated from the minute they started until they left. It was a great service and I can't fault them at all. I can however, fault the invoicing side of things. I received an invoice which I promptly paid. However, I received a second invoice explaining they had got the charges wrong and charged me another £200. I appreciate people need to make a living but how hard is it to correctly invoice people for your work. I had to borrow money to pay the invoice so I am disappointed overall. Such a great service but ruined at the end. Check the invoice if you use this company.

Excellent Service
Extremely stressfull experience over two weeks. 4 engineers and 5 visits to repair a boiler where the central heating system was coming on by itself. The problem was a diverter valve which the first engineer had stated that it "could be slippling" this was not followed up on. So 1 replacement diverter valve and 1 hours labour total cost on 3 invoices totalling £624.00
Spot on. Did exactly what they said they would do. Fitted a Worcester Bosch boiler. Other gas engineers quoted more and included lesser quality boilers.
