We have an electric boiler for hot water and central heating. It was difficult to find someone local, but when I rang they were very willing and turned up within a week and serviced the boiler. Very quick and efficient took less than 1/2 an hour, thank you.
This review concerns a boiler service. The boiler was functioning well when the engineer arrived. When the service was finished the boiler was not working but the engineer did not see fit to try and fix the problem. The problem was fixed by a quick phone call to worcester bosch, which i feel the engineer could and should have made himself. To me that rates 1 star but i give it 2 because the boss phoned to apologise. Notwithstanding this episode, this is a company i will use again as this was a one off aberration.
