We had a booking in May for a boiler service and after the appointment time expired I was contacted to say the engineer wasn’t going to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances. Had another appointment cancelled by them in September. On both occasions I had booked the day from work. Unreliable!

I booked a boiler service with this company just to be called a few days later saying that the engineer was not available. I called them back after a week to arrange another date, was told to send a message with my address and contact details which i did and still didn't hear back from them. However, it appears that there was a communication problem somewhere which has now been addressed. I look forward to getting my boiler serviced next year by JB Heating Services

Turned up at the appointed time and carried out the service as requested. Well worth having the heating cover and better than that we previously had with British Gas.
