Rang due to partner having a high carbon monoxide reading at midwife. The young lad came out and did a full service on the boiler and advised us on where to place carbon alarms around the property. Gave us peace of mind for the future

I had a mixed bag of an experience with this company. The guy who fit the boiler (Mike) was a decent enough chap and seemed to know his stuff. The owner, Jonathan, however was a different matter. He quoted me for a boiler based on photographs alone having never visited the house. Annoyingly the first boiler that he suggested wasn't even close to suitable as it was far too large for the kitchen cupboard it was supposed to be fitted in. That meant a wasted journey for the fitter and my dad who had come over to let him in. The second boiler went in ok but took a little longer than expected so the fitter had to come back the following day. Next news I get Jonathan calling me saying they will have to charge me more as it was my fault the job over-ran as my pipework was faulty. I told him this was out of order as he had never even been to the house so had no idea what was going on. I also pointed out that the leak they "discovered" was about 6 inches from a joint that they had done the day before. When I sent him some more photos he admitted maybe he had been a bit hasty and that they wouldn't charge me but not really what you need to be honest. Finally there was a fault on the fitting of the boiler which was on constantly even when the timer was off. The fitter had to come back again to sort that out but to be fair he had it done in a couple of hours and now it all seems fine - albeit I haven't used the heating much given it's July and about 26 degrees. In summary, me and Jonathan didn't really get on that well and I doubt I'll be on his Christmas card list but fortunately the people who work for him seem to know what they're doing. Next time I get a boiler I will make sure the supplier comes out to have a proper look at the job before they give me a quote. It probably won't be JB Heating Services though.
Engineer was very friendly and worked hard to identify problems. Fixed what had been planned and tested everything to see what else might be wrong. The repair did not solve the problem with our water pressure, but we knew that was a risk as it had been discussed before we agreed to the job. Good communication after engineer had been and discussion of next steps possible

DO NOT USE! RIP OFF MERCHANTS. Use a more reputable company who will be honest regarding costs and not charge by the hour. The owner is also very unprofessional and I am baffled as to how he manages to run a business with his poor attitude.

Excellent speedy service. Engineer was pleasant and gave useful advice when asked about another plumbing issue. Only marked down 1 star as the prices initially quoted over the phone didn't include VAT. Otherwise excellent company and would use again.
