Nice chap came to look at my oil boiler. He took the front off and started it up and he taped up part of the pipe which needed it and did a gas emissions safety check. The heating went off again after he left and so later the company kindly offered a courtesy follow up visit and got it going again, giving sound advice after a thorough inspection.

Great service, speedy and affordable - we had an issue with our boiler losing pressure, and JB came out 2 days after my initial call with them. They quickly diagnosed the problem, went away to get the part needed, and everything was fitted and fixed by the following Monday. Problem solved and fixed within a week of my call. Thank you!

We called JB Heating Services to sort out our heating pipe. Service was excellent from start to finish. We had engineer booked for Wednesday, but it turned out he was in the neighborhood on Tuesday and he came and fixed the pipe in no time. Definitely would recommend JB Heating Services to all my family and friends. Big thumbs up 👍 Well done, keep up great work!

Clean , tidy, polite, looks like a good job done, perhaps slightly expensive but saying that I would need to compare against other plumbers. So I would definitely get a quote from JBHeating for any future work to my boiler and radiators.

Our boiler fan failed and JB Heating Services were able to come out, check the fault and order the part. They even managed to squeeze us in on the Saturday to get it up and running as well. Service was friendly and professional, I would recommend to all and will definitely use again. Thank you!

Annual boiler service; As always a great service, lovely team, always very polite and professional. Been using this company for many years now after they installed my boiler, wouldn’t entertain anyonelse.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Quoted £650 for parts, Labour and a boiler service on the phone. They won't give you a written quote. I later found out. Guy came out did the work but forgot to service the boiler. I phoned back to tell them this and also to say the radiators are still not working. So another man came out and said the part had been put in the wrong way round so he fixed the original job. I said to him there was also a service in the quote. He said and I quote " If I service your boiler I'll probably break it" I was shocked at the reply so I said fine just invoice me for the work you have done. Thinking it would be less than was quoted as they didn't service the boiler. I then got an invoice for £756 which I questioned. Only to be told that they don't give quotes verbally, they charge by the hour By the tracking system telling them how many hours the van is outside your house. I found this strange and I said but how do you know that the van is not parked there longer than the job is being done. John said that wouldn't happen so I said it's possible though. I then asked if the calls are recorded so he could go back and check what was actually quoted. He said yes they are and he will talk to the admin staff on Monday morning. I said good so will you phone me on Monday to let me know what they said and I then will pay the invoice, thinking it might be changed. The reply I got was unbelievable. John said "No I won't as I've spent long enough talking to you" of which I replied wow thats how you treat a customer. I said so when are you going to call me so we can sort this out he said he wasn't going to and can I pay the invoice immediately as people aren't paying him and he cant pay his staff. I said I can't believe I'm hearing this and I'm not surprised that people aren't paying you if you treat them like you are treating me. I then said I'll be complaining but will pay the invoice. John then phoned me back 10 minutes later saying my calls weren't recorded as it was back in January 2022 I said John it's only 12th of March 2022 how is that an excuse. He said we've changed the system. I said we'll least future customers will have that but how's that helping me. I repeated will you phone me on Monday once you have talked to who quoted me. He then shouted down the phone at me saying NO AS IVE BEEN TALKING TO YOU FOR 40 MINUTES AND I WANT TO GET ON WITH MY DAY. He called me aggressive and I replied "you are the only one shouting down the phone". I just asked for you to call me once you had talked to the appropriate staff member to verify what I'm saying as you don't have the recording. He said im done with this call. I said OK I'm done to. I'll be complaining and telling people about how I've been treated and I will pay the invoice but will never recommend your company to anyone and if I'm asked to give you a review I'll tell the truth. I then looked back at my emails and saw one for a review so here is mine and I'd love to know my inaccurate points as the they now are saying. As I told this person I recorded the call so please don't try to say I'm lying again. This is my review and I stand by every word. It's your money. Its up to you who you believe. But ask yourself this. Why would i take so much of my time to write this if I wasn't telling the truth. I did this to protect other vulnerable people like my father. DONT USE THIS COMPANY
