JB arrived when they said they would, did some tests, ordered a new part and this was fitted quickly after the initial visit. Neat & tidy, efficient. Couldn’t ask for more.

Brilliant service as always from JB Heating. We use them for our boiler servicing/checks and have recently had to use their services to replace some bathroom taps. Its a quick and easy phone call to them and they are very quick at getting a date booked in for us. Can't recommend them enough!!

The Gas Safe engineer came to check the pipe to the gas fire and the flue from the boiler following a report from the Gas Meter installer. He confirmed all was fine. He was thorough, punctual and courteous. Would recommend.

Really happy with our new boiler. Great service and really helpful advising on all options and most suitable product. Fitted with no fuss and cleaned up as went along. Just as efficient as last time, new customer and new to the area. JB are now my go to for Plumbing and Heating. Excellent service. This was a simple track and trace for a leaky bathroom, thought the ceiling was going to come out but the tradesman is the expert and ended up saving me a small fortune and £650 insurance excess.
The appointment booking system had a glitch that was resolved. The follow up customer support was excellent which corrected the issue. First appointment was cancelled due to illness (it happens) the second appointment arrived promptly. The engineer was polite and friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s good to know the owner cares about his company and is willing to go the extra mile.

Thankyou to the engineer that came to fix my boiler. He was very polite and worked in a tidy manner. He was very knowledgeable and explained the work that needed to be done. I'm very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend JB Heating. I will be using them again n the future.
Reliable, efficient, trustworthy. Converted an old standard gas boiler to a shiny new combi boiler. Clean, tidy workmanship & great communication throughout. Couldn’t fault them at all, and wouldn’t hesitate to use again if required.
I had an issue with an old gas fire not lighting. The engineer arrived on time and was highly professional and pleasant. He advised that the ignition module needed changing and would get HO to contact me about a replacement. Unfortunately no one contacted me about the new part. In summary good gas engineers but let down by admin processes. If they had got back to me I would have rated as 4
