The quotation was provided very promptly and with clear explanation that helped us choose our boiler. Our installation was done very professionally, again with clear explanations along the way. When an issue was identified with the gas supply to our house the engineer organised Cadent to come and sort it out and then kindly came back to commission the boiler at the end of his working day.
