Effective diagnosis of the original problem of poor working of my boiler controller....wrongly fitted by original installer. Copy of advice from Honeywell provided to understand. Corrected cleanly and speedily, fully tested which highlighted a burnt out valve controller. Again faulty item replaced. System working properly after one week. Would highly recommend Mike the engineer!

They got the job done and were thorough, friendly and professional however I found them really expensive; it took them a while to do the boiler service and he was on the phone a lot so it took much longer than I expected it too.

Contacted JB after my old boiler was condemned, needed to sort a new one asap - Jon provided a price, explained the alternatives and on agreement had everything moving immediately. Their engineer was bang on time and extremely thorough throughout the refit and replumbing. Would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.
