We needed a new boiler. The quotation from JB was very detailed and helpful, explaining our options and also advising how best to choose from them.The fitting was done by Matthew who came on time and was also very helpful with the explanations. His work was clean and tidy. Thanks Matthew and JB

Taylor couldn't be more helpful. Had an issue with my boiler not working, which isn't the best not having hot water either in this weather. Came out that day to diagnose the problem and was back first thing the next day to fix it. Thank you so much!

Excellent and friendly service from Taylor today. He serviced my boiler, plumbed in the washing machine, found the water stopcock and gave me useful advice on the boiler. Thoroughly recommend.

Graeme came round today to look at a boiler problem. He sorted it with no fuss and did a superb job. He was very helpful in showing me what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. I thoroughly recommend his work.

I emailed this company last year as unfortunately the service they offer (boiler service) is really poor and others should be aware of their modus operandi. They come to your house to do a boiler service - in my case, they barely said a word and just came walking in. They spent only a few mins in my property, then left and sat in their van outside my house. I later established this was to ‘record’ via the van tracking that they’d been present on site for 60 minutes (which is what I was charged for) - however this was spent sat outside. No update given as to any work done, or any other detail. Complaint resolution process was poor and unhelpful. Reason for writing the review now (they may have improved or changed since?) is that they keep mailing and messaging me despite me logging a formal complaint with me. If any other customers had similar experiences I’d be interested to know, so that we can collate together and work on some collection action to put a stop to this (if it’s still happening). Please update here and I’ll make contact.

Very efficient & fast service. Graham arrived and fixed a broken valve on a radiator. He also adjusted the boiler to help with the heating and pressure. Great service ! Thank you

Excellent service as usual. Very helpful from start to finish. Matt arrived at expected time and was friendly and showed us exactly how to work the new boiler thermostat once fitted. Explained everything to us as he went along. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted JB heating as my heating would not come on due to the pressure dropping out of my boiler. The boiler is very old and I couldn’t find the valve and didn’t feel confident trying to refill it myself. Even though it is a week before Christmas, JB heating managed to fit me in same day. Jack was great, really polite and got the boiler working again very quickly. I’m now looking into the boiler care plans, as well as planning to have a new boiler from them in the future. Really pleasant experience, highly recommend!

I recently contacted JB Services on behalf of my son as he was unable to due to work commitments. I found them really professional and helpful from the very first contact. They sent an engineer very promptly to replace the boiler once we had accepted the estimate. Through no fault at all of JB the job became more involved due to some faulty existing pipe work but Lewis from JB was absolutely great and got the job sorted with no fuss whatsoever. We found the firm to be really professional, excellent staff, helpful and competitively priced. We feel very lucky to have found them and absolutely recommend them. Thank you!

These guys are exceptional. Needed a new hot water heater installing and the old one taken out. Had a few people come and say no too big of a job, gotta take a wall down blah blah blah. Within a week of enquiring with JB Heating we have a brand new hot water heater and the old one was removed and taken away, the lads also tidied up after themselves and didn't leave a scrap of mess and didn't have to take a wall down so we are more than happy with the service. Also only took them half a day to complete the work. Exceptional work and will be our first port of call for any other heating/plumbing/gas work. Thanks again to the entire JB team
