A very good service by this company, I really must praise Jordan, the young lad who worked non stop, all day, with Steve to sort out the replacement of my boiler, with a state of the art Worcester Bosch system pressurised boiler, there were a few teething problems at first, but they were quick to sort these out. Excellent service, very professional and friendly. lost a star because they had to go out for copper pipe even though they knew that they were moving the pipework at least a foot higher plus if you are a plumber I would have expected copper pipe to be in the van. This makes a difference when you are paying by the hour and not for the job.

From original breakdown through getting quotes and fitting of new boiler, the experience with JB heating has been exceptional. Contact with the pleasant office staff kept me regularly informed of dates and times far appointments. The engineers arrived at the time specified, were courteous and worked professionally. All surfaces were protected with dust sheets and the final installation is neat and tidy. All rubbish was removed and the floors and pavement were swept. Very professional team.

They attended for a boiler repair, advised the boiler did not require any parts and had the boiler up and running within the hour, the boiler kept losing pressure with no heating or hot water.
