I started using Innago when I decided to transition out of using a property manager into self-managing and it helped make the process as seamless as possible. I uploaded my lease template and my tenants signed electronically. Invoices and late fees are automated, and interface is friendly and intuitive. The product is great, but the best part about using Innago is the excellent customer service - I've always received prompt responses to my inquiries and it's easy to ask questions to a live person if needed.

I started using Innago a couple of months ago to manage my rental properties. What drew me to use Innago was the rent autopayment option for tenants, the ability to customize rental application questions, and the ability to manage tenant documents and signatures through the website. I really like how I can upload and share documents with tenants so they can have access to their signed documents, receipts, etc. at all times.
After cozy was bought by apartments.com I switch to Innago after reviewing a few other products. I like Innago because it's the cheapest option that also supports ETF for rent payment, e-sign leases, and has a mobile app.

I'm a self-managing REI with 17 doors. I was a Cozy.co user for years but after they merged with Apartments.com it became apparent that I needed to move away from that platform. I researched and agonized over which platform to commit to but the more I tested Innago, the more obvious it became that it was the right choice for me. Pros: - It's free for landlords - the customer service is beyond expectation - it supports all of the tenant management features that are important in my business (tenant screening, online rent payment, cash payments via Chime, maintenance requests and tracking, easy billback for utility bills, etc.) - There are both desktop and mobile app versions for me and my tenants If you run into any shortcomings when trying out this platform, reach out to their support. There may already be a solution! They educated me on features that proved super valuable to me, that initially I didn't even know to look for :)
