When I began to expand my rental business I knew I needed an online platform for managing it. Being a small, one-person rental property "company" I wanted something that was free or cheap, but valuable. After researching several different platforms, I decided to try Innago. I have not looked back! The one downfall for me is that there is no app platform for landlords; only tenants. Having an app would be beneficial for adding payments received, expenses paid and providing an easy overview of account balances. It would also help with management of maintenance requests. The services offered by Innago for a small landlord like myself are excellent. The platform is easy to use and there are no hidden costs or subscription fees. when they say it is free they mean it!! It was easy to setup and navigate and has helped me tremendously with managing my rental properties.
Innago has been great for the year or so I have been using it. I am able to keep up with my credit checks, leases, properties and tennants in one place. It can handle payments and late fee processing. Any maintenance can be tied to a property. Keeping all this together will make records needed at tax time a breeze to produce.
I use the software to track repair and maintenance expenses fro several properties.
I discovered Innago during the pandemic; after years of managing properties this is a game changer for us. Super easy to use, full of features and inexpensive, you can't go wrong.
Innago has been a lifesaver in getting our rental property organized! It is so easy to use, and a great spot to have leases and tennant information stored. Tracking expenses has never been easier! There are features like tenants being able to pay and request maintenance repairs also that are wonderful, just not something I currently use.
For a free software it does just about everything we need. Tenant's are able to pay easily online. It runs credit/eviction/background checks online and has online lease signing.
Innago is a life saver! I really don't know how I didn't go crazy before finding this program! Thank you Innago!
Does a great job for a first time landlord. I especially like the integrated electronic rent payments. Can't beat the cost!
Great software management for property managers. Customer service is excellent with any questions or issues that may arise. I have had no complaints from tenants on their end.

I can post my listing via innago, the application process is simple and easy to use. my tenants can easily log in and pay via innago. it sends them reminders on the payment due date. the best part is their customer service. I have always had someone pick up the phone or instantly reply to my email questions. they work hard to help solve the issue. the service is exceptional
Innago is a great inexpensive software that's both easy to use and easy to understand. Within minutes, we were able to insert our recent properties into the Innago system and began receiving payments via the online portal.
Great software for all levels of business
Innago made my property management tasks easier to manage. It provided my tenants options while allowing me to be alerted when payments were made or maintenance requests were submitted. It is will maintained and is a minimal cost to the landlord. I recommend the product.
Innago is my favorite landlord software solution. I did a lot of research on the different options and ended up switching from one of the big name dot com sites. The user interface is what wins this for me. Beautiful design all around. If there was an app to go along with it, it would be a total home run.
Excellent property management software!
I started using Innago when we bought our first tri-plex a last summer. I have had great success in managing now seven total properties, one ag parcel and 6 residential units. The property management helps me track tenant payments, maintenance requests, postings of available units and much more. I haven't used all the features yet, but everything I have used is fairly straight forward, and they have tutorials on everything that step you through how to do what you need to do. We just started encouraging our tenants to use the online payment feature, and that works great. I see when it is processing, it automatically logs the payment and the money goes straight to the bank, saving me time and effort. We will continue to encourage this moving forward. The posting process is super easy, and each unit I've posted I have multiple inquiries in a few days to weeks and filled them within two weeks so far. The only thing I wish is that they had an App for my phone as a landlord. It exists for the tenant, but don't know of one for the landlord yet. I highly recommend Innago for managing properties.
Pro: Love that it is Free to Landlords/property managers, and Easy to integrate with existing property management processes once a unit is rented. Easy to use, and love that it is accessible everywhere (I.e. has mobile app for both tenants and landlord/managers). It makes it super easy for Tenants to Pay rent each month, and worry free for landlords/property managers because it automatically invoices and reminds tenants each month. Like the Tenant - Landlord/property manager maintenance communication platform on the app - for example, tenants can upload pictures of any maintenance issues, and landlords/managers would immediately get an alert and see what’re issues. Good customer service - very responsive. When you call, there’s always a human answering questions. Con: Expense tracking could be improved - for example to be more customized to tax categorizations customized for landlords. Downloading reports/stats can be clunky and slow. Overall: A great App to manage Rent Payments and Communications between Landlord/Property Manager and Tenant. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend it.
I have been using Innago for awhile now. The software is great, as I can customize it to how my leases are written, everything is in one place, the billing function is great and I can easily see what is happening at a glance. Tenants love everything being in one place, being able to setup auto pay, having maintenance requests within the portal. And at the end of the year, keeping track of income and expenses within Innago makes tax time a breeze. I have absolutely no regrets, recommend Innago to my other landlord friends, and their customer service is fantastic!
The Innago site puts me at ease as a property owner/investor. I moved out of state from my properties and didn’t know where to start to “learn to Landlord”. Then I came across Innago. It has all the tools to be able to track your lease(s), work orders, income, and so much more! Additionally, if you need assistance, a representative is assigned to you from the get-go and is quick to respond to any questions or catch any issues that may arise. Innago does all the work for you… you can sit back and relax knowing the administrative aspects of your property is taken care of.
