With my first property that I own and wanting to continue to grow my portfolio, this system was easy to get started with. It has all the basics and more features than I have been able to explore. It’s easy to use and set up. So far I’m happy with the product.
Innago is intuitive and easy to use. I could quickly set up the things I wanted to use. I tried several other property mgmt solutions, but I didn't like those. I'm a small scale owner/landlord with only several homes, but I manually manage them. I liked the flexibility that I can use features (payment collection, listing, etc) if I want but I'm not forced to do. This allows me to pick and chose what I need. Innago might not be as feature rich as some other paid alternatives, but it is perfect for my needs. I'm glad I found this, keep up the good work.
I tried out Innago to manage my rental for my most recent renter, and honestly, I don’t know how I ever did this without it. It takes care of everything! From screening tenants, to background checks, to creating a lease, and signing it electronically, to rent collection, and even maintenance reporting. The tenant portal is nice and makes me look professional. They can submit maintenance requests, send messages, and it keeps everything organized in one spot for them (and me!). The lease creation process was also very nice. It allowed me to upload my own lease, then place form fields to be filled in from the application like tenant name, rental dates ,etc. Then place fields where I wanted things to be e-signed. Then I can save that as a template for all other rentals of this type in my state. Their customer support is awesome too. I was a little confused during the onboarding wizard because one section wasn’t showing as complete. Turns out, I had missed entering some banking info for receiving rent. I reached out, and their team responded fast, were friendly, and knew what they were doing. And it’s free for landlords, which still blows my mind considering how much I get out of this system. The tenant pays them for their background check, and they get charged a % fee if they pay rent on a credit card, or there is a small (currently $2) fee if they use ACH. I chose the option to pay that, so ACH is free to the tenant and incentivizes them to use that more solid payment option. They can even automate the rent payment. Nice! Having used another system before this, and no system at all, I found the process of onboarding a new tenant MUCH easier with Innago. I highly recommend them and will be using them for other rentals as I grow my business.
Innago is a great beginner friendly property management software. As a new landlord, Innago has made it extremely simple and organized to track income, expenses, maintenance requests and everything else landlord related. I have tried some of the paid management software's that were nowhere near as well put together as Innago. Highly recommend for any landlord, regardless of portfolio size.
Great tools and consumer experience
I love automatic invoicing, reminders, maintenance tickets, expenses, payment processing using a bank draft or credit card. I'm able to send bulk email messages to tenants regarding policy changes, their Innago account, freeze warnings. Properties, leases and month-to-month is easy to set-up. We are first time landlords for 14 units and this software has been so helpful. AI customer service is fast and informative, live tech support has been quick to help me figure out any problems. I highly recommend! Have not found anything to dislike about Innago. One improvement would be a link I could put on my website to directly open a maintenance ticket.

I think all of the features offered fit my business well, especially the ability to schedule rent on a basis that is different than just the standard monthly option. Every question I've asked has been answered well and in a timely manner. I'm pleased with the service!
This system is user friendly, offers a variety of tools and services for tenants and landlords alike such as credit reporting for timely rent payments, maintenance requests and communications, document signing, etc. We have been using it for a year now and are quite happy with it
The Good: Does everything we need. Track ticket, accept rent, interact with tenants and accepting new renter application. Support are responsive and are helpful. The Bad or maybe the inconvenience: It seems Innago is still trying to perfect the portal. Links and access to info are being updated or moved around. Office workers constantly requires help in tracking down data because the link has been move or site reconfigured. For sure the data is still there.
I’ve only been using Innago for a month now and so far it’s been a game changer. The app is easy to use and it’s free for the landlord. I have 8 units that I self manage and Innago has taken a lot of responsibility off me. Oh did I say that it free. It does everything from rent payments online to screening tenants. Great tool.
I currently have a few out of State rental properties managed by a property management company, I haven't been happy with them - I do not see much value as I have managed most of the repairs through my own contractors and find my own tenants. I started looking into third party vendor solutions that can help collect rent. Upon reviewing multiple vendors/ apps: Turbotenant, Avail, Zillow, Doorloop, Hemlane and Innago by testing out both as a landlord and tenant. I decided to go with Innago. The original intention of using it for collecting rents expanding to drafting lease agreements with digital signature, listing services, tenant communication, maintenance and renter insurance, I was surprised how smooth the process was. As a newie, they generally provided a great customer support, very easy to work with, the app is also very user friendly with intuitively video instruction. I tested out 1 property first as my first self managed out of State rental property, so far so good. I'm now comfortable enough and contemplating to move the other 3 properties over to Innago once my service agreements with the property manager expires. Oh I forgot to mention - all of these are free for landlord!
Superb user friendly software, very intuitive. Very well thought out and all encompassing, this is really the only software you need to screen, collect rent/fees and manage tenant requests. The best part of Innago is the Customer Service. 10/10 totally recommend. You call or email them, even on weekends, and you have an answer within the hour. This is truly unheard of this era of terrible/subpar customer service and for this reason alone, I would choose them any and every day over the competition.
This app rent app is a scam I recently moved to Cincinnati Ohio and I paid for an apartment including security deposit and the landlord told me to set up this Innago app to pay my rent and she also said it’s her first time using it for rent payment and after making payment and it posted in my account after 7 days my landlord told me they couldn’t pay her the rent and that I should request for the money back from my bank I told her He’ll no that the payment is already deducted and if anything needs to be to tje done the rent payment company should reverse my money and I went to the bank the bank told me the same thing that they cannot reverse the money that it is already posted. Why is innago not reaching out to me about this I believe it is a scheme to take money from people I need my money back in my account. I tried calling innago customer service only to be hearing voicemail no real human. I paid $3000 and I need my money back
Innago makes managing properties much easier. But I love the customer support. Seriously, they have the best customer support. I've been using the service for a few years now. And while it doesn't have every little feature I want, maybe I give it a 8/10 for that -- the customer support brings it to a 10/10. Thanks Innago CS team.
Great customer support the same support phone number works for tenants and for landlords so you can give that number to your tenants if they have a problem linking their bank account or navigating the website. This website does everything from application to lease signing to rent payment processing. It allows landlords to set parameters like, not accepting partial payments, which can help protect owners from tenants using sneaky means to avoid full rent payment. It automates everything and makes renting properties easier. Helps tenants pay from their bank with no extra fee or credit card with small % fee. Easy to use.
I rented from a landlord, and she used this app. Unfortunately, she ended up being a huge slumlord and we were forced to move out. We had the credit reporting on and the former landlord made false charges against us and now we have to fight to remove the false debt from our credit with no judgement. It seemed like a great app unless you are in the situation we were in. then they ruin your credit.
