Innago review Online payment While the initial set-up did take a while, after my bank account was verified and connected, all payments and invoicing were incredibly easy and hands free. Accounting My accounting is relatively simple, just rent income and monthly expenses. But the software is easy to use and satisfies my needs. Lease track I generally don’t track lease digitally, but I do save a copy on Innago for my tenants to access. It is very helpful as a file repository. Financial report I don’t use this feature often, but the reports are simple and straightforward, which is perfect for me Tenant portal My tenants were able to easily access, setup and use the portal, which is good for me when I wish to communicate and send them documents. Channel mgmt I do not personally use the channel management feature. Work order I use the work order management to record invoices and payments. It’s helpful when tracking monthly expenses. Invoice mgmt Just like the work order management, the invoice management system is easy and effective to use. Pros Innago is completely affordable for a small landlord. It effectively accomplished everything I need from a property management system, for little to no cost! Cons There’s not much I do not like about Innago. The only issue I had was with the first payment, it took a while to connect my bank but after it was set up, there were no issues at all. Overall, it was exactly what I needed in a property management system, and I couldn’t be happier with choosing Innago.
Innago is a great property management software, especially for the cost. I have been using the application for about ten months and haven't had a problem. Innago keeps track of my accounting, logging all expenses, credit, fees, etc. The program has a user-friendly interface for both the tenant and landlord portal. Payments can be made via Innago and transferred into any US bank account. Innago sends reminders to tenants informing them of upcoming bills. They also will call tenants if bills are past due. Overall this is a great software to use.
I was looking for another property management solution when quickbooks started charging $10 for every ACH transactions. I tried many software option and settled on Innago and have been using it for about 2 years. For the price you pay which is effectively 0 it does the job.
We chose Innago to help with our property management. They are landlord friendly and the automated features makes everything smooth and easy. If we ever have a question, they are quick to reply and help. Our tenants like the ease of being able to make a payment without needing to be in constant with us.
Innago has made my property management an ease. I love that everything can be done electronically. If I don't understand something I love the fact I can talk to an actual person and not a robot! Highly recommend especially for small landlords like myself.
They actually have customer service that will call or email you back. Also they don't hold your funds as long as others. But the first payment did take a long time to go through. Also It's not as intuitive of an interface as Zillow that I used before . But now that I've figured it out it seems to be working pretty well.
This company is freaking awesome! Not only is their software very robust but it's FREE for landlords. Yes you heard me correct, it's FREE. It is an all-encompassing property management software that handles tenant maintenance requests, rent payments, communications, electronic leases, and much much more. Great job Innago!
I've tried a lot of online property management systems, and this is one of the most comprehensive. There's a lot of features coming it takes some time to get used to it, but very well designed.

Innago is a great platform. It allows me to track rents, maintain a database of tenants, complete paperwork, share documents, and request insurance. Customer service is always prompt in providing solutions and answering calls and questions.
I chose Innago for the great customer service, 1-day turnaround for ACH rent payments, and the user interface from both the tenant and landlords side. They knocked all those aspects out of the park. Every time I've called, I speak directly to a rep. I don't have to go though a teleprompt. Their interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, unlike their competitors. They can also publish to popular listing websites making this a one stop shop for me.

Innago helps me keep track of all our important data with ease. If you stay diligent and consistent with your updates it is a great tool for getting quick access to your important documents.

I've used Innago for about a year now and just recently used it to upload a new lease and also get an amendment added to a previous lease to get signed electronically. I am very happy with most of the features, so far. I love that there is an option to make tenants upload proof of insurance BEFORE they can even sign the lease. I also love that payments are set up via Innago and come in quicker than being set up with Apartments.com. I have not used all the features, but it has met my needs up to this point. I do wish it had a feature for tenants to upload their license/ID.. or maybe it does and I missed it. I also wish there was an app for the Landlord and a way to save the lease once you've set it up. It seemed to save automatically when it logged me off, but an actual "save" button to save it right before sending to tenants would be nice and give some peace of mind. Overall, I am happy with Innago and will continue to use.
I have been with Innago for over a year now. I have never had an issue with the software. They have truly simplified the property management process for me. I do not have to worry about keeping track of my tenants' payments or requests as it's all logged and tracked for me; I even receive reminders/notifications.
Great for a small multi-family property owner. My tenants know to use the platform to communicate with me. Keep history and documentation of agreements and exchanges all in one place. Billing and lease management are great.
