10 out of 10. If you’re a landlord you know that dealing with tenants is the worst part. Innago takes this stress away. It allows you to take in rental income via the app, track requests all without direct interaction. This has allowed me to grow and streamline my business!!
Innago is a great platform to use to manage multiple properties, sign leases and record payments
Warning to everyone that plan on using this software, this is NOT A SOFTWARE. it's a rent collection third party site where tenant pays a fee to process online payment. if you are a small landlord like me then just get cash/check or zelle/venmo instead of going through a tedious process and end up getting frustrated over. Dave spooner is potentially a scammer since he would ask your phone number linked to your bank accounts and ask you read back a verifcation code to validate your account. I use alternate phones to separate rental/business that can receive code but he insist the one i use for my bank accounts. after i requested to close my landlord account he states he cannot process refunds and only my tenants can dispute it with their bank. so he can take payment but does not have the ability to refund I requested my tenants do dispute the charge of $300 electronic payment with his bank and he received a written statement of dispute to fill out. the reasons for dispute can only be authorized/unauthorized and since he authorized the payment he cannot dispute as unauthorized. however the bank rep told him if the initial dispute fails in 10 business days .they will refund the payment as unauthorize before the deadline just to get the funds back.
Great software and awesome support from Dave and the Innago team. I was a new landlord and they were able to walk me through the process from start to finish and answer all my "newbie" question in a very timely fashion.

Innago has made managing multiple properties a breeze. I manage 2 apartment complexes and several rental homes. This software has been a God send! When I found it my first thought was "this is to good to be true" but it is true!! Innago has made my job light years easier, it has the capability to help you draft a lease or upload your own, it has the entire application process integrated along with the option to require a credit report and background check, a full accounting system in place along with online rental payments and maintenance requests for the tenants. I could go on and on but I won't, if you are in need of a good rental software, this one is one to consider.

Definitely give Innago a try if you have rental properties! Innago has made record keeping and the rent collection process almost seamless. In general, it is an easy to use platform and more or less intuitive. The customer service has been first rate whenever I have had to contact them. They either answer the phone when I call or get back to me within a few minutes for the most part. If I have suggestions on things that would make it easier or more productive for me to use, they are quite receptive. I am very happy with the platform.

Innago has the easiest system to use. The first time I used it, I had units and tenants in the system with no problems. Even my elderly tenant thought it was very simple to setup. They have wonderful and responsive customer service. I love that they have esignature and tenant communication capability. I have been using Innago of about a year and have 4 units in it. They also support multiple bank accounts and email addresses which is great if you have more than one LLC. I’m very happy.
I was searching for property management software to implement for our portfolio of residential and commercial real estate. Innago was incredibly easy to implement and essentially costless. Customer service is amazing. If there are issues or bugs in the software the support is always responsive and you get to speak to a real person. Which makes things go very smoothly.
Innago has everything I need as a landlord, and has excellent features for being a free software. The lease templates are super helpful to not have to create new leases from scratch each time. Their customer service is also excellent - any time I have had a question they have been able to answer quickly and in depth.

Innago has been really easy to use. Its great for getting my tenants set up and they automatically send reminders each month. And I can track my expenses.
I love innago. It makes having rental property so much easier to manage. From creating and signing leases on line to helping to keep me organized and on top of things. It lets me know 90 days out when a lease is expiring. It automatically sends out monthly invoices to tenants for rent. It makes it so easy for tenants to pay the rent on line. The maintenance request feature helps keep a paper trail of work done. The reports generated are helpful year end and there are many, many more features.
