We manage our own properties. We're small investors with 10 properties; 19 tenants. It's a user friendly system for generating leases, communicating with tenants, tracking income and expenses, etc. We have highly recommended it to other companies like us!

Innago platform is very user-friendly, and if you have any questions or concerns, it is so easy to get a hold of support. Support is quick to respond and will work with you step by step to resolve any questions you have.
Every aspect of the APP works well. The only shortcoming I have found, is that when a tenant initiates a payment but then cancels it, a notification comes which says it will be in my account the next day, but it doesn't notify me that it was subsequently canceled by the tenant.

Mediocre support. 16 units, consistent trouble. You can take deposits, but not refund them. If you aren’t using their payment system: they will remove your account without giving you any other options. I would have paid for the service, but they want to trap you in transaction fees.
Innago is an amazing rental property management software that saves me time and MONEY! I use it to manage 18 properties in Ohio while living in California. I would be able to do this without this software. I love the tenant screening, payment and lease management sections of the software. I have had few issues with it and when I have their customer support is the best I've ever encountered. I would highly recommend it.
Ease of use. This program has given me such a great way to manage my properties efficiently. I’m so happy I found it. I’ve been using it for 2 years and can only imagine the extra planning and details I would have to worry about.
I have used Innago to help with managing my rental properties for over 3 years. I chose them over several alternatives because their features were similar, but the costs are much more affordable. Their software has been extremely helpful and given me a professional appearance at a very reasonable cost. They have always been quick to respond to questions.
I own a small rental property and use Innago to process payments and lease signings. It's been a very helpful tool for me and I appreciate the number of features that are available for free. I looked into a number of other property management software systems and they were more expensive and designed for people managing a large number of rentals but, Innago has more than met my needs for my one rental property.
great site and easy to use
Innago PMS was just what I needed to track tenant payments. It also included additional features that have proven to be very helpful(maintenance requests, income tracking and property information).
I switched from cozy, mainly because Innago allows my tenants to make partial payments, which is a dealbreaker if the interface doesn’t have that feature. I found later that the online portal was much more easy to use for both me and my tenants, and the customer support is second to none.
