I bought my first duplex back in the summer of 2021. It was perfect for everything that I thought I would struggle with. It keeps everything in order, you don’t have to interact with your clients in person unless you really have to. The message center, leasing pages and maintenance sections are perfect.

I'm a first-time landlord who is also house-hacking by the room. This software was a game-changer for me. Rent collection is fantastic. My tenants get automatic reminders and many of them sign up for auto-pay. No more "friendly reminders" and manual late payment enforcement. The screening process is pretty good. The application creator allows for a lots of flexibility and custom questions. The application builder is a little clunky, but it gets the job done. What I love is that there is a background, credit, and eviction check built in that the applicant pays for. This reminds me of when I used cozy.co. I really needed a good replacement for cozy and this does the trick. The best part of this software is the ability to use custom leases and to accept digital signatures seamlessly. Love it. The software is free for landlords as long as you are ok passing the payment transaction fee to your tenants. I think it's a 2 dollar fee to do an ACH transfer and none of my current tenants raised any issues once I was upfront about it. The payment process is so nice, I'd honestly pay the 2 dollar fee out of my own pocket if the tenant refused. Overall, this software has been a game-changer for me as a small time landlord. Highly recommend it.
I use Innago to collect rent for a number of my commercial properties. I switched to Innago after apartments.com purchased Cozy.co, as apartments.com no longer allowed rent to be collected on commercial units (residential rent collection only). Overall, Innago is very easy to setup and use. It also makes it very easy to communicate with tenants, create and upload lease agreements and other documents, and manage your rental properties.
This software is great for the price and has allowed us to better communicate with our tenants resulting in less issues and future rent paid by tenants.

Good software for real estate management
Innago is a great piece of software for a small time property manager like me. I use it to manage about 40 doors across 3 properties, and it makes it easy to send lease templates, collect rents, and gather proof of insurance. It's a little buggy sometimes, but the support is A+. Gold star for Sharlene!

I recently switched from Cozy over to Innago when Cozy was moving over to Apartments.com. I needed software which would help me make rent collection easy and give me a way to handle lease renewal easily and electronically. Innago delivered. Super happy with the site overall and I'm learning to use other features I didn't have an immediate use for.
