Innago has been the best asset as a new landlord. I had no idea what to expect when I first purchased my rental property and Innago walked me through all of the steps needed for success. From their invoicing system, payment processing and maintenance portal, they have made the entire process very easy!

I love the product because of the wealth of features it has. The tenant has the ability to ping you for service via the app (and not call you), which makes it very easy to track the request and also to have a digital record of it. The reminders are superb including tenant payment reminders and when the payments come in. I love this platform.

Innago makes managing property, especially for a first time landlady, straightforward and useful. Online documentation and rent collection enables remote property management and everything organized for tax season.

There are lots of property management softwares. I'm a single-family investor, and I recently looked through the most popular softwares and selected one. The products I investigated were: 1. Tenant Cloud 2. Apartments.com 3. Innago 4. Avail 5. RentRedi I was looking for a software that met the following criteria: 1. Online payments from tenants 2. Automatic late fees 3. Maintenance request portal 4. Free for the landlord 5. Online applications 6. Tenant screening (background checks, etc) 7. Lease signing 8. Ability to post vacancies in the software I found that Innago was the only one to meet all these requirements. It does charge a $2 fee for each rent payment, but that is charged to the tenant by default. I haven't had any complaints from tenants about this charge. The other softwares were pretty good, but here are the deal breakers for each. Tenant Cloud: Tenants cannot setup autopay unless we have the paid version Apartments.com: You cannot upload your own lease, you can only make modifications to their lease Avail: You cannot upload your own lease, you can only make modifications to their lease RentRedi: No free version

Innago provided extensive options and support to me as a landlord making a property management service obsolete. Very glad I chose Innago after being a user for months now. Customer support has been great and my tenants are able to pay rent using multiple options.

We started investing in real estate about a year ago this November and saw quickly that for rental properties we needed a way to manage the process from finding tenants to drafting leases and tracking expenses and with a product that would not require months or a CPA degree to understand. We had a friend recommend Innago and it has been the best recommendation we could have gotten. The setup was straight forward, product support from Innago has been first rate and the tenants appreciate the ease of making rent payments or submitting maintenance requests. Overall, if you have rental properties, Innago is a tool that makes the process far easier than any other method we have looked at.

I like being able to customize the applications for prospective tenants to get the information that I'm specifically looking for. I don't think it would be ideal for management companies that have more than 10 units but it's perfect for investors that are managing a small portfolio or a property or two.

Innago makes it easy for me to track rents, tenants, and leases. If rent or another invoice is not logged as paid in Innago then I get a notification, along with the tenant. If leases are coming due then I get a notifications. You can set notifications up for specific things. I like that I can create and sign electronic leases and other documents in Innago. It is hard to think of any cons about Innago.

This software is perfect for my needs. Combining all aspects of lease creation, document signing, tenant payments, maintenance requests, and more into one easy to navigate place. Obviously the cost can't be beat and the tenants have been quick to adopt it as well.

I have had a great experience with Innago. It is no cost to me but provides me with everything i need to manage my tenants/rental properties. My rental is on autopilot thanks to innago and it has been an excellent experience. I have been using innago for about 10 months.

Easy to use and FREE software for property management. Innago has been a great choice for me since the interface is extremely easy to use and guided setup took me less than an hour. Innago is a full service platform (application, lease signing, rent collection etc) so it is very convenient to have everything centralized and tracked automatically.

I love using Innago to sign leases and collect rent every month. My tenants love that rent can come out automatically and it’s one less thing they have to keep track of. It’s also great for communicating with tenants for repairs or updates where I can have a record of everything. There are so many features on the platform- I’m not even close to using them all!

I was skeptical of this software at first because it was free, I figured there had to be a catch somewhere but after loosing the scrap paper with the iou for the rent for the umpteenth time I decided to give it a try. I found myself with time to spare the morning that I scheduled for innago to help me set it up for the 2 rental properties (4 units) that I own and manage in my spare time so I figured I would get a head start so as I wouldn't appear as ingorant about software when the geeks got on the line to assist. It was so easy that I almost felt like a geek myself and had it 80% set up on my own. Now everything is in one place and I know exactly where it is. Rent, maintenance requests and all documents including receipts and leàses are all stored there. My tenant still owes me rent but exleast I know exactly how much they owe and innago even tact on the late fee for me. I highly recommend innago to all landlords and property managers and the best part is it really is free!!

In February we expanded from California to Michigan with our rental property business. We went from 6 units to 11 and quickly realized we needed something to keep track of our various tenants, due dates, applications, etc. We tried several different low cost software. What I found is software in the property management arena is split into two categories. One category is for large companies with 50+ units. The fees on these are unaffordable for a startup trying to save money where they can. The second category is low cost software that sometimes doesn't have all the bells and whistles. I was surprised to find that Innago was not only free, but offered the level of customization that I needed to run our business, a level unavailable with many paid softwares. Two key features that set them apart for our business was the ability to customize application content and choose whether to fully screen tenants up front or after the fact. We tailor to lower income areas where people can't afford to pay an application fee if they aren't going to get the unit. Innago allows us to let anyone apply free. We then only charge to screen qualified candidates. This sets us apart from our competitors and really gives us a leg up. The second thing that helped tremendously was posting available units through Innago's partners. For our last listing, we posted on through Innago's partner and a social media platform that seemed positive. 100% of our leads came through Innago. It really was a game changer, helped us look very professional, even as a start up. Support was very helpful a couple times were were stuck when onboarding to their software. We're about 6-7 months in using Innago and another great thing I have noticed is they are constantly rolling out relevant updates. Lots of companies do regular updates but Innago is making key updates in places that really help our business. For example they recently expanded their listing partners. The interface is easy to use, works on multiple browsers. If you are just starting out with rentals, or maybe using something manual like spreadsheets, give Innago a try. You've got nothing to lose and you won't regret it. It has been a game changer for our small company.
