I love the software because it was free, it allows me to collect rent, it rates potential renters and runs the background check, houses all the loan documents, and allows my tenants to submit repair tickets. It’s a one stop shop!
Makes it easy to collect rent from tenants with automatic late notices, reminders to pay. Basically automates the whole process, like autopilot for your rental property; no way I can go back to manually doing this. Tenants can also submit maintenance requests so my dealing with them is now quite limited and reduced to basically just this application.
Best software hands down easy to use easy for my tenants to pay their rent and also for then to schedule maintenance the only thing i would like would be a app for the landlords
I have used Innago now for a couple years. From the beginning, they answered all of my questions and were great to work with in developing our program. The system is excellent, and their customer service is superb. We use it to manage multiple locations and suites. We have over 250 suites that are managed through the Innago system.

Innago has brought out business to the next level with allowing tenants to submit payments online and enroll in automatic payments. It’s also a great tracking tool for maintenance, invoices, and tenant correspondence
This is hands-down one of the best software packages I have used for landlords. That automates getting paid and makes the whole process super easy. Plus it cost nothing.
After doing some research on several different, very low cost property management software, I stumbled upon Innago. I have been using this software for over a year (for 11 properties) and have not run into any major problems. If you are forced to manage your own properties (like I was), or are willing to take on the responsibility to save the 10% managers charge, I believe this is the best $0 cost way to help organize it. I don’t need to tell you what it does, since it’s mentioned on their website pages, and they have been adding features since I started using it. It can’t do everything other (more expensive) online software alternatives do, but makes organizing it much easier than using pen and paper, and hand collecting rent. And they do come out periodically with software enhancements to make it better, and do more. The most important thing for me - Anytime I needed customer support (I always communicated with the same real person who really knows the software) he was available to respond (sometimes immediately, and even outside business hours) to help either me, or my tenants. And he was very patient (even with the dumb questions I asked in the beginning), to make sure I got an in-depth answer that made sense to me. Innago truly cares about its clients, encourages questions, and makes sure the software is not neglected. They are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. This software does a lot, at no cost to owners/managers. Only you can determine what you need from management software, but if you can work around the few specific things the software doesn’t do (you can always ask them if they are planning on implementing what you think is missing!), I think you will find this definitely is useful, and the best “bang for the buck”.

Good platform with comprehensive tools for landlords to manage their properties in a centralized location
I can go on and on, but this software co eta every need you have in property management. Incoming and outgoing is all tracked with tax designation. I feared customer service would be sketchy, but it has also been amazing the 3 times I have needed help.
I use the software for both a residential property and a commercial condo association. I was introduced to Innago via a web search and because it was free to me as the landlord of a SFR and that it provided a means of communication with my tenant. Set up was quick, easy and intuitive. I received very good feedback from my tenant as well. The communication with tech support was quick and efficient as well. In a conversation with Dave at Innago, I discovered we could set up an Association as well. It changed the terms such as tenant to owner, rent to dues, etc. We now use it manage our Association as well! Big high-five to the Innago Team, I love the product!

Things that went well: * It was very easy to setup. No challenges. * Very intuitive to invite tenants. * Tenants can easily onboard and start paying. The goal is to move money fast. Opportunities: * Not just background but partner with some company for automating lease document and other documents. * E-Signing lease would be a great plus. * Same day rent disbursement based on reputation would be really awesome.
When a full-time landlord I know recommended Innago, I thought it wouldn't work for me or would be too expensive. But when I checked it out, I was pleasantly surprised. I'll never go back to doing leases and screening tenants manually. And I'll never go back to waiting for a check from a tenant, when Innago offers electronic payments. It's made my landlord responsibilities much easier and I feel more protected legally using Innago.

Great product makes my life so much easier and it’s virtually free
Innago has made my time as a landlord so much more simple than spreadsheets and filing cabinets. I can store my documents, tag them to properties, check my income/expenses by properties, etc. It made filing my taxes and applying for mortgages a piece of CAKE! Seriously, so easy.
