We had a hose spring a leak and as it was over a year old we contacted Hozelock customer service with all the relevant information. We received a prompt reply to let us know that a replacement was on the way and the timescale within which we would receive it. It arrived on the earlier end of the time scale. Excellent and prompt customer service.

This company has gone above and beyond to supply me with a replacement hosepipe, even though I had issues with providing photos of the fault, I was able to give photo evidence of the receipt as proof of purchase. Exceptional customer service and level of communication.

My 30 Metre Auto reel hose stopped retracting after a few years. Fortunately I had extended the warranty to five years and after a proof of purchase and small video to show the problem , my new hose reel is on its way. Big shout out to Tim who was an absolute star and mirrors the top quality performance of the company. Andy .

I recently contacted Hozelock as my tuffhoze had perished around the fitting and I wanted advice as to how to repair. I sent my proof of purchase and lo and behold a replacement Tuffhoze was delivered today!

Had to return a faulty Hozelock 30m extendable hose which sprung leak. Luckily the hose was covered by Hozelock's 5 year guarantee and it was replaced without fuss and quickly.

My Hozelock Superhoze 30m 8230 burst internally in a dramatic fashion. I contacted hozelock and Ebony dealt with my issue. She asked for a video showing that the hose no longer functioned and as it was less than 5 years old sent a replacement which arrived within 3 working days. Thanks Ebony for all your very professional help.

Regarding the Hoselock 2690 Jet Plus spray gun. I have received an email from Hoselock who tell me they are not responsible for this particular item, as I purchased this from a third party seller. eBay not responsible, seller not responsible (as advised by eBay). So have learned a lesson here, be careful when purchasing from eBay. Hoselock only interested in applying warranty, if purchased from them I assume, (same old answer from Hozelock.) I will not be purchasing any more of their products in the future.

BRILLIANT SERVICE I had a discrepancy with a spare part order which was a mistake on my part. Chloe B was the customer service agent and dealt with it brilliantly, so thanks Chloe. Also, my Hozelock Easyclear has been brilliant over the years. The spare part was something you'd have to change every now and again anyway.

I had an issue with my auto reel hose. It wouldn’t stay out. I contacted hozelock and Ebony dealt with my issue. She was very helpful and informative. Even though the resolution was found she did help me further and fully resolved my problem. Thanks ebony you are a star and should be commended

My expanding hose burst while I was using it. I was not pleased with customer service. I wonder whether people are working from home because I kept getting asked the same questions by different people when I had already provided a copy of the receipt, the guarantee and a photo. In the end I rang up and eventually, after a very long time, got through to Ebony who expedited the guarantee immediately. ( I am very grateful to her for her intervention) i had explained originally that I am 80, the weather was hot and that i am unable to carry watering cans full of water and my garden was dying before my eyes. I needed a replacement hose as quickly as possible, not a never ending succession of emails asking for information which i had already given.

Honestly, initially I was a little disappointed with Hozelock products circa 2023 onwards. After previous years of reliable use of Hozelock, I made a new purchase of a spray-gun; whilst donating my old one (again honestly - with worn symbols and a tendency to dribble a little) to the school where I volunteer to maintain their garden (i.e.. Old spray-gun still serviceable, but not perfect.) BOF. Within months the newly purchased gun used in my own garden exploded. I was drenched. More importantly no Hozelock to mist the newly taken cuttings. Assuming 'bad luck' I purchased another replacement - whilst I confess that I was frankly a tad irritated that I have given away my old spray gun. My tale of woe at the check-out of my local nursery raised a sympathetic smile; more importantly, I was told that I should contact Hozelock to tell them what had happened. Good advice. Hozelock came true. They sent a replacement - more than that an upgraded one. Excellent customer service. Thus this message to endorse their aftersales service. Thankyou My many thanks to you and the Customer Service Team for your kindness, prompt attention to my request, and of course sending me the splendid replacement spray gun. I am most grateful, as are volunteers at the school garden. Hozelock praises will be sung.

I ordered a Hozelock hose reel through Amazon which arrived with a couple of pieces missing. I contacted Hozelock through their website, messaged online with a customer service representative and, following his advice, emailed Hozelock directly with a photo of the missing parts and proof of purchase. 2 days later I received an email wanting me to confirm my address and after doing that I received another email confirming the parts had been dispatched. 2 days later they arrived. Excellent service and communication and I am very pleased and impressed.

Excellent communication. I had an issue with an item that was under guarantee, however after emailing photo's of the faulty item. I was delighted when an upgraded replacement was speedily delivered to my home. Very good customer service. Thank you

Our 40 metre Auto Reel Hose refused to retract and made horrible noises. Despite being just out of guarantee, Ebony was most helpful. She asked me to cut off the extended hose and send a picture. Within 5 days we had a new replacement Auto Reel. It is great to see a company standing by its product.
