Amazing service. Great product. But even great products occasionally break. So when my extendable Hozelock developed a leak after 4 years of usage - Hozelock honoured their 5 Year Guarantee and provided a replacement without a quibble!!
A company that hides or blocks emails and always too busy to answer telephone calls for help and no online support, all aggravated by no opportunity to leave a message. Customer care is zero as far as I am concerned, so won't be buying their products again
Had an issue with Hozelock Autoreel that didn't retract anymore. Send an email about the issue and was asked to send a video and describe the issue in detail. The team responded within 24hrs and said they will send a replacement within 3-10days. Thank you to Charlie for being clear about what you want and your quick response to the matter. Will buy more of your products given the fact that I can trust your customer service. Thanks!

I Bought a Hozelock Autoreel rewind. When I tried to use it this year I discovered there was a leak in the drum itself. The retailer passed my complaint on to Hozelock, who responded immediately, offering a replacement. Fantastic old fashioned customer service honouring the Guarantee.
I am on my third or fourth hozelock expandable hose which keeps tearing within a years use. It is not very durable at all and there are not a lot of competitors!
The guys at Hozelock are unusual possibly even odd - unlike most companies they seem to think that high quality fast customer service is important !!! I have been extremely impressed with the speed of response and the very helpful “ can do “ attitude to solve my issues - which they did - I actually felt like a valued customer It’s been refreshing to deal with a company which recognises the importance of customer service Keep it going Hozelock - who knows it might even catch on at other companies!

WHY SOME CUSTOMERS GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WITHOUGHT A RECEPT , IAM 78 pensioner and have to water my plant when the temperature is n it’s 30 AND COMPANY LIKE HOZELOCK CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME GRAET CUSTOMER SERVICE I HOPE YOUR CEO READS THESE REPORTS .

Fantastic customer service from the Hozelock team, especially Ebony. Bought a Superhoze 40 just over 2 years ago. When watering the garden last week the inner hose split. Contacted Hozelock team and after sending a photo, a video and a photo of my receipt, I have been told a replacement is in the post. BRILLIANT service, thanks Hozelock and Ebony.
I had a hozelock expanding hoze which I have very much enjoyed using. It is easy to use and move around the garden, then when you drain it at end of use it shrinks down nice and small so that it doesn’t take up much room. For some reason my hoze failed recently. It was just out of warranty, but had not been used a huge amount due to hosepipe bans in recent years. I contacted hozelock to let them know there was a problem and after some conversation and some photos they were kind enough to replace the hose. The customer service was very good. It was easy to get in touch and they responded quickly.
Had an issue with my 30 metre retractable hose, the support given was exceptional and Ebony from the customer service team helped me resolve the issue. Could not recommend high enough.

Our Hozelock jammed and we could not reel it back in or pull the remaining hose on reel out. I contacted the company and Ebony replaced it under the guarantee for us. Great service, thank you Ebony.
After two years a leak developed,within 48 hours I had a brand new one in my house. Customer service is perfect and the best.
