I recently made a warranty claim for a hose and received an instant response, after sending proof of purchase and proof of failure of the hose via email I was notified that a replacement would be sent out. The whole process took just a couple of hours. Excellent customer service and an example that other companies should follow.
An auto hose reel I had purchased 4 years ago failed so I contacted Hozelock customer service via email and received an almost instant reply. They asked me to carry out some tests to make sure the reel wasn't stuck and then agreed to send out a new one. Great company to deal with and very helpful.
I ordered a 30 metre expanding hose which came with 1 attachment. My existing Hozelock spray gun and sprinkler did not fit and they are only 3 months old' I had already . No where in its description did it say you could not use other attachments. I contacted the seller but they never answer the phone. I then filled in a form explaining the problem but each time I pressed submit it said I hadn't given it a rating.I put the rating in again but everything else I had filled in had disappeared. I filled it in 6 more times and the same thing happened. I then gave up. I've always had hozelock hoses over the last 40 years but never had a problem before. This bad review might have been avoided if they had a customer service that actually functioned.hozelock contacted me less than 24 hours after I wrote the review. My only complaint was the difficulty in contacting them I am satisfied with their response and my query has been dealt with satisfactorily

Bought an expanding hoze about 15months ago, which popped. Claims team, Ebony, dealt with the issue very fast and politely. New hoze on its way 4 days after initial contact.
Two years on from buying a 25m hose it sprung a leak. As it was over the year we could not go back to Homebase. We supplied Hozelock with photo of receipt and water leaking from hose and within two weeks of getting in touch they replaced the hose.
My enquiry was dealt with efficiently and without delay. The broken product was replaced without any fuss. All I needed to provide was a photograph and proof of purchase.

I have 2 hozelocks and have other over the years. 1 unfortunately failed. Called customer services and they could not have made it easier and replaced the whole unit. Perfect service
My experience was great it was my hosepipe that had a leak I’ve had it for two years. There wasn’t any holes in the outer cover .I emailed hozelock took pictures sent them and details they had ask for. Have had a email today from them and the hose pipe is being replaced excellent service.

I bought a Hozelock hose that isn’t available in the UK. Having discovered so, I asked Hozelock to confirm its provenance as I feared I’d purchased a counterfeit. I had to push a little, but Marketing finally confirmed it was a genuine product and I was much relieved. Customer care was very good and I am grateful. Product is great! A 100m hose in case you were wondering.
I previously had a 40m Hozelock auto-rewind hose which worked perfectly for over 10 years. It finally stopped working so recently bought a new Hozelock 30m auto-rewind which is terrible in comparison. It simply does not rewind reliably so I am taking it back. Before considering moving to a Gardena model I called Hozelock this morning for advice on whether another batch or model such as their 40m auto-rewind had a better and more reliable mechanism. However, I was told that they could not tell me or give me any advice owing to health and safety regulations. A disappointing excuse and poor customer service from a brand I intended to remain loyal to.
I had to claim, for the second time, using my guarantee. It was no hassle at all. I was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Great customer service.
Absolutely brilliant customer service, cannot fault them. Had an issue with my product a year after purchase, contacted Hozelock with receipt and evidence of the fault on product, without quibble they have sent a replacement product out, fantastic, highly recommend this company.

How good it is to right a review for excellent after sale service. My Hozelock 40 metre auto wind hose would not rewind fully and had developed an internal leak. As this was nearly out of guarantee (4 years 11 months) I expected a battle on my hands. How wrong I was, Sean was helpful through out and after I had sent a video in of the issues he arranged for a whole new unit to be sent to me. This arrived out of the blue today. I am a very happy Hozelock customer.
